Wiki {{{wiki}}}

YouTube Championship Wrestling was an e-federation created in 2010. YCW presented a bi-weekly show called Monday Night Wrestling on YouTube. They had five episodes of Monday Night Wrestling, one episode of Hazard, one episode of Step Up, two pay-per-view's and one special event hit the airwaves in it's near three months of existence so far.

While the company's tenure was brief. It did provide a lot of moments and concepts that are seen in PCW today. Concepts such as the Scars of Wrestling Cup, the Struggle for Power Battlefield,  and the PCW Platinum Championship and the PCW Broadcast Championship are titles that were inspired by the mid-card titles from YCW. Upon the formation of PCW, many workers from YCW went there. To this day, Danielle Lopez is the only wrestler from the YCW era to still be wrestling for PCW today.

History[]

YouTube Championship Wrestling was formed in 2010 to help create a true alternative in professional wrestling. The first ever main event of the company pitted David James against prominent NWC wrestler "The Desert Scorpion" Eric Redgate, which Redgate won with the Brainbuster, while the company's first ever match pitted prominent wrestler Danielle Lopez against newcomer Rosalie, which Lopez won after a Latina Cutter out of nowhere. Former wrestling manager Terrell "Money" Ryder put his money together with Leo Hawkins to help create the company. They lasted from March to July, time where the promotion was bought out by Shannon Saint, merged with ICW, to form Premium Championship Wrestling.
