Xtreme Wrestling Association (XWA) is a professionally operated e-federation that was founded in 2008 and is featured on Wrestling United. XWA has been up and running for nearly 5 years now with reasonable success. XWA currently has two brands; it's main brand, Vendetta , and also the returning brand of Mayhem.
XWA is an all original character based e-federation with a roster consisting of up-and-comers in the e-fed world. XWA is famous for giving new members to the e-fed game a kick start and a push in the right direction and it prides itself on doing so. The XWA allows every a chance to succeed and does not simply rely on a few stars to take it to the top, of course, these stars have to earn it.
Xtreme Wrestling Association is Born[]
In late December of 2007, a show named BWA was created in order to create with TCW and XTW. Soon, BWA bought out XTW and then renamed itself BXW. For a long time, BXW was beating out TCW, until wrestlers started joining TCW, in the first week of the summer 2008, BXW died. Later that same week, the XWA was created by Digg. It wouldn't take long for XWA to start a battle, because the week after XWA was made, they battled hard with BCW. BCW was created by former BXW members, XWA would soon win this war and in return, most of the BCW roster came to the XWA.
XWA Mayhem[]
In late August of 2009, the Xtreme Wrestling Association's second brand was created and was named Mayhem, this second brand replaced the sites Adrenaline show, then after the sites Revolutionary Wars pay-per-view, a live draft took place which divided the roster and introduced three new championships. The history of Mayhem was soon cut short in late 2010/early 2011 as it held its final show Mayhem #13, highlighted with a Triple Threat Hardcore Match between Hardcore Harry, Alex Falcon and AkirafortheRSD Championship, in which Harry retained. As well as Xtreme Icon vs. Mack vs. Hitman Alex vs. T.K. for the XWA Championship, with Mack coming out with his first ever world title. The official announcement that Mayhem was canceled came at Cyber Slam 2011, with all of Mayhem's top stars beign sent to Vendetta, and the rest going to the then-revived Adrenaline. Mayhem was announced to return at the time of Cyberslam 2012.
The 2009 Live Draft[]
On the day that Mayhem was created, a live draft took place and superstar after superstar was drafted to either Vendetta or Mayhem. Vendetta managed to pick up superstars like the XWA World Heavyweight Champion Caleb Spires, former XWA World Heavyweight Champion Nate Insano and International Champion JKX, while Mayhem picked up superstars like the XWA Hardcore Champion Hall, a former XWA World Heavyweight Champion in McNugget and the soon to be first ever XWA Champion Gabriel "Blaze" Angels.
