History[]
The XPWA World Heavyweight Championship was created along with the Xtreme Pain Wrestling Alliance on January 9, 2005.
The belt was vacated until the return of XPWA in October 2008. At Carnage 2008 on November 15, Jeremy Cundiff won the belt in a triple threat Hell in a Cell match against Cameron Behringer and 10 Minute Major.
