The WWE xXx Championship is the retired second-tier championship title for women in the WWE E-Fed federation. It was originally RAW exclusive, but was eventually made interbrand. The first champion was Helena Eve Shadows who defeated Raven Alexandria to become the inaugural champion. The last champion was Michelle McCool who is in her first reign. Helena Eve Shadows holds the record for the most reigns with four reigns. Lacey Von Erich holds the shortest reign with 14 days. Alexxis Nevaeh holds the record for longest reign (as an individual) with 155 days.
