The WWE Women's Championship is the first-tier championship title for women in the WWE E-Fed federation on Monday Night RAW; the first brand of the company. The first champion was Trish Stratus who won a battle royal to become the inaugural champion. The current champion is Cookie who is in her third reign, after defeating Daizee Haze at Wrestlemania XXIX on April 21, 2013. Mar holds the record for the most reigns with six reigns. The shortest reign lasted <1 day as Beth Phoenix won the championship at Insurrextion 2009 and lost the championship the same night. Maryse Ouellet currently holds the record for longest reign (as an individual) with 190 days.
