The WWE Divas Championship is the first-tier championship title for women in the WWE E-Fed federation on Saturday Night Smackdown; the second brand of the company. The first champion was Christy Hemme who won an open battle royal to become the inaugural champion. The current champion is Elizabeth Ryan who is in her second reign, after defeating Paige at Wrestlemania XXIX on April 21, 2013. Jen England holds the record for the most reigns with three reigns. The shortest reign lasted 7 days as Eve Torres won the championship on an episode of Smackdown and had the title vacated a week later. Maryse currently holds the record for longest reign (as an individual) with 210 days.
