The event had a special tournament where the winners of the Starr/Bradford and Eian/Luster matches would go on to face one another at WFW Cherry Blossom Chaos in a #1 Contender's match for the WFW North American Championship. The match also featured a tag team match where the winning team would face WFW North American champion Michael Manson at the next pay per view. Doc Silver put his World Heavyweight Championship on the line for the first time against Richard "the System" Gideon.
