Valentine's Day Bash was Intense Championship Wrestling's third pay-per-view event. It took place at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. It was attended by 20,211 fans. The main event was the heavily anticipated No Holds Barred SNK Knockout championship match between LG Millard and the reigning champion Tony Edison.

When the PPV was announced, SNK needed a number one contender for the Knockout title. General Manager Desperado decide to make a Fatal-Four way Cage match between LG Millard, AJ Scally, Big Jimmy and Eric Matthews, which was won by LG after escaping the cage. The main feud for TNT was the reigning TNT World Champion the "Fallen Angel" Evan against Reeves. He was given the shot by TNT General Manager Evan, after proving it to him by improving his record to 50% or greater. On the undercard there was another anticipated match, between Xtreme Bad Newz and NVX, those had been arguing for weeks about who was the most extreme in ICW, so both Evan and Desperado agreed and a hardcore match between both superstars was made.

Match 1: Darnez FC defeated Cody Long and Phenomenal X and became the new TNT Middleweight champion.(12:52)
- Darnez pinned Phenomenal X after a corkscrew neckbreaker.
Match 2: NVX defeated Xtreme Baad Newz in a hardcore match.(16:02)
- NVX pinned Baad Newz after an X-Bomb (sitout powerbomb) through a flaming table.
Match 3: Eric Matthews defeated AJ Scally (12:05)
- Matthews pinned Scally after the HLR (belly to back inverted mat slam).
Match 4: Sledgehammer defeated Commando(champion)to become new TNT Crusierweight champion(13:02)
- Sledgehammer pinned Commando after an Industrial Accident (flying double knee to the chest into a pinning combination)
Match 5: Tripp(champion) defeated Tré and Nightmare in a three way dance to retain the SNK TV Championship (19:20)
- Tré pinned Nightmare with a schoolboy roll up.
- Tripp pinned Tré after a HXCv.² (superkick).
Match 6: Evan AKA Fallen Angel defeated Reeves to retain the TNT Heavyweight Championship (18:12)
- Evan pinned Reeves after a Flying High (swanton bomb)
Match 7, Main Event: LG Millard defeated Tony Edison in a No Holds Barred match to become new SNK World Champion (20:15)
- Millard pinned Edison after an Avalanche Markout onto a trash can(Double arm cutter).
