Red Dawn is the January pay-per-view for the Championship Wrestling Federation.

Match Card[]

Match #1 – CWF Legends Match

  • VND v. An unannounced CWF Hall of Famer

Match #2 – "Someone Pissed Off the Janitor Again"

Match #3 – CWF Global Championship – Extreme Rules Deathmatch

The Jokester (c) v. Donald Dursley Titan

  • The Jokester, able to defeat Azrael a few weeks prior, must defend his Global Championship against the monster that is Mr. DDT. With the arrival of Titan's new manager, Mr. Grimm, will Jokester be able to handle DDT?

Match #4 - CWF Tag Team Championships

The Hard Corps (Connor Murphy & AJ Cleary) © vs. The Untouchables (Kaeden & Johnny Gunn)

  • In a rematch from Doomsday, The Untouchables finally get their chance at taking the belts away from the Hard Corps. Through the months of December and January, Kaeden and Gunn have gotten under the skin of numerous CWF superstars, not the least of which is one Connor Murphy. Can Connor and Cleary retain their titles, or does Asylum's war take one further step along its path.

Match #5 – CWF Women's World Championship

Kim Riggs vs. Bay-B Dogg vs. Dominique Matthews

  • The match was supposed to be a singles match between the winners of the semi-final matches, but Shawn Fury's interference saved his wife's chances at the Women's Championship, ending the match between Matthews and Bay-B Dogg in a double count out. Kim Riggs, meanwhile, absolutely dominated Nightshade in one of the quickest matches CWF has ever seen. Now, the championship will be decided in a triple threat match.

Match #6 - CWF Heavyweight Championship - Hell in a Cell

Asylum (c) v. Shawn Fury

  • This match was supposed to be the winner of Shawn Fury-Asylum against Connor Murphy, but Connor forfeited his shot in favor of defending his CWF World Tag Team Championship.
  • This particular match-up came about when Shawn Fury defeated Donald Titan to earn a number one contender's spot prior to Red Dawn. He exercised that shot at the Ignition before Red Dawn in a cage match, but came up a split second short when the two combatatants broke through the cage. The referee decided Asylum landed only a fraction of a second before Fury. With no number one contender, Edward Jefferson named Shawn Fury to be Asylum's challenger again, this time in a Hell in a Cell match. Can the third time be the proverbial charm for "The Black Dragon," or does Asylum's iron grip on that World Championship remain?
