No Holds Barred: Adapt or Die was the first ever Pay-Per-View presentation by the Unified Global Wrestling Coalition. It was broadcast from the KeyArena in Seattle, Washington, on May 3, 2010.
This event saw the creation of three championships as well as the continuation of a fourth, through the course of four title unification matches. Two new contenders to the new World Heavyweight Title were also determined.
