Tyler Morgan is a professional e-wrestler who currently competes for ALPHA Wrestling, though this isn’t where he got his start. He began his wrestling career in Motor City Wrestling in Detroit, Michigan back in 2011. He wrestled in many other smaller companies and he was highly known for his work in SupremePRO. After the company shut down he wrestled indie in his home town of Seattle before getting signed with ALPHA Wrestling in Miami, Florida. Where he’s been wrestling since July of 2018.

Early Life[]

Tyler Morgan was born and raised in the State of Washington. He grew up around the city of Seattle. His father was in the Military so a lot of his life was moving around. He’s lived in Germany, Kansas, Hawaii, and Colorado, he ultimately after high school moved back to Washington where he began his training of Professional Wrestling at Evolv Fitness of Seattle.

Motor City Wrestling (2011-2012)[]

Trial and Error[]

Tyler Morgan began his wrestling career when he signed a contract with Motor City Wrestling. His debut was against Hornswoggle which he won but his victory kickstarted his career as a bit of a villian. In August 14th, 2011 Tyler Morgan competed in his first ever PPV called “Global Warming” he competed in a 15 man Battle Royal to determine the number one contender for the MCW Television Championship. Unfortunately he was eliminated halfway through by Victor Cortez.

Tyler Morgan did however receive another shot at the MCW Television Championship on October 31st 2011 on a special Halloween edition of MCW’s weekly show Adrenaline which took place on Monday Nights. Morgan competed in a Triple Threat match against Gabriel Gospel and Marcus. Morgan unfortunately again failed to claim the gold as he was Speared by Marcus and then pinned for Marcus to pick up the victory.

Tyler Morgan began to feud with a man named Randy Kingsley. The two had met after Kingsley hired Morgan to be his personal body guard. After a few weeks of working for Kingsley, Morgan decided he didn’t want anything to do with Kingsley. This sparked a heated rivalry between the two. The feud ended on Novemher 29th 2011 when Morgan eliminated Randy Kinglsey in a Over the Top Battle Royal for the MCW Television Championship Number One Contender. Morgan went on to win that match as well.

Icons Unlimited[]

November 6th, 2011 Morgan teamed up with Bobby Owens to form the Tag Team called Icons Unlimited. They made an impact on MCW when they openly plotted to injure General Manager Avram Shalom. On November 8th, 2011 Morgan pulled an upset defeating the MCW Atlantic Champion James Hanson in a Non Title Match. That same night Morgan and Owens attacked Avram Shalom and Morgan put him through the office desk.

November 11th, 2011 The Icons Unlimited won the number one contender for the MCW Tag Team Championships after defeating Hustle and Flow. At Fall of Kings PPV, They faced the Empire. The Empire would defeat Icons Unlimited and retain their titles. This would also be the last match for Icons Unlimited as Bobby Owens would be released in the beginning of 2012.

Injury and Comeback[]

Towards the end of November Morgan faced an ankle injury that kept him out of action for a month. he made his comeback in January of 2012 where he Won a Number one Contenders Triple Threat Match against Adam Valentine and Antonio Cesaro for the MCW Television Championship. Morgan would then go on to defeat Marcus at the Afterlife PPV on January 30th, 2012 and win the MCW Television Championship, which would be his first championship ever.

Television Title Reign[]

On the following Motorstorm show, Morgan successfully defended and retained his title against Marcus who used his rematch clause. On February 7th during Adrenaline Ian Roberts and Marcus competed in a match to determine the number one Contender for Morgan’s Television Championship. Morgan interrupted the match hitting both of them over the head with the TV Title.

Morgan would then start feuding with Ian Roberts which gave Morgan a Face Turn after he was the crowd favorite. Morgan went on to successfully retain his title against Ian Roberts on February 20th, 2012 at the Neverlost PPV.

The repercussions from the triple threat interruption would then fall in place as Morgan defended his title on April 1st, 2012 in a triple threat against Marcus and Ian Roberts on Motor City Wrestling’s biggest event, MCW Mania. Morgan would go on to win that match hitting Marcus with a Morgan Stunner and getting the win.

On April 6th, 2012 addition if MotorStorm Tyler defended his title against Marcus again with Jason Hunter on commentary. At the end of the match with Tyler on the outside of the ring the referee was distracted with Marcus. Jason Hunter took the opportunity and attacked Morgan blasting him over the head with a water bottle and slamming his head into the ring post. This would result in Morgan losing the match by way of count out which didn’t cause him to lose his title. Jason Hunter would tower of Morgan as Mister Anderson would come out cutting a promo self proclaiming himself to be the next one who should compete for the the Television Championship. Later that night Dynamite announced he was also joining the race for the Television Championship. May 1st show of Motorstorm Tyler competed against Jason Hunter with Dynamite as the Special Guest Referee. Dynamite had distracted Jason Hunter and Tyler was able to pick up the win over Hunter.

After weeks of the feud building Ian Roberts, Dynamite and Axel Mars won qualifying rounds to compete at EndGame in a Fatal Four Way for the MCW Television Championship on May 20th. Tyler had lost the match when Dynamite hit him with his Detonator Finisher.

On June 17th, 2012 Tyler competed in a Battle Royal at MCW’s PPV Meltdown to try to win back the MCW Television Championship. He was unsuccessful and got eliminated from Marcus. 

Marcus and Morgan Tag Team Championship Reign[]

On July 3rd Marcus was supposed to team up with James Hanson to compete for the NOC spot for the MCW Tag Team Championships. Due to an injury Hanson was not able to compete, Marcus issued and open invitation to anyone to be his Tag Team partner and Morgan answered the call. They then went on to defeat Suzuki Syndicate by hitting them with two simultaneous spears to be the NOC. They didn’t favor each other and didn’t get along as a Tag Team but they both had the same end goal to win the Tag Team Titles. It was also at this time that Morgan took on the gimmick of The Voice of Insanity. He began to start hearing voices inside his head telling him to do heelish things. On July 15th The Team of Marcus and Tyler Morgan would defeat Prestigious at MCW’s PPV Revolution. They would win by Marcus rolling up Mr. Smiley with a victory roll pin.

The following week they would retain them again against Prestigious and after celebrating for a bit they’d get ambushed by The Rockin Rollers, Storm Parker and Johnny King. Marcus would get tossed out fo the ring as Morgan would get choked by the Mic Cord and bashed over the head with King’s Guitar. On July 31st they would face the Rockin Rollers in a non title tag match where RR would win as Johnny King would hit Morgan with a Brainbuster and pick up the win. They would continue to have a bad losing streak against both members of Prestigious and The Rockin Rollers.

Morgan’s Heel Turn[]

August 3rd 2012, Tyler Morgan and Marcus has been on an unfortunate losing streak in the past weeks. Hoping to change it around Marcus had a match against Aaron Starr, while Morgan and Mr. Smiley stood at ringside. Throughout the match Aaron Starr continued to blow kisses at Morgan. This would constantly anger him to the point where Marcus was about to win the match but Tyler slide into the ring and attacked Aaron Starr with clothesline. After the match Marcus would try to stop Morgan and Tyler would Strike Marcus across the face thinking he was Mr. Smiley. Morgan would then roll out of the ring and leave the arena having regretted his actions. After this, Morgan started talking to himself and beginning to accept his Voice of Insanity.

On August 7th Morgan competed against Aaron Starr in a singles match. Later on in the match Aaron Starr would humiliate Morgan and make a mockery of him the whole match. Tyler was disqualified as he brought in the Steel Steps and dropped Aaron Starr on them with a Brainbuster. Three days later Morgan faced Starr’s Tag Teammate Mr. Smiley and lost putting Tyler on a bad losing streak to Prestigious. 

A week later, on August 14th Marcus and Morgan were on Commentary as Prestigious took on The Rockin Rollers. After more mockery and derogatory gestures from Aaron Starr Tyler once again attacked Starr. He hit him with a Stunner and as Marcus tried to stop his tag team partner Marcus was knocked down as well. This resulted in Tyler looking down apologetically before leaving the arena in regret giving more into his Psychotic self.

Morgan’s Heel Turn cane full circle at the next PPV Global Warning which took place at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, California. The Tag Team Champions Marcus and Morgan competed against the teams of Prestigious and The Rockin Rollers. Marcus started off representing his team and after five minutes into the match and putting up quite the fight Marcus went over to Tag Morgan in. However Morgan hopped off the apron not letting Marcus make the Tag. Marcus looked at Morgan in confusion but Morgan left him to continue to take more damage. Marcus eventually got the upper hand and  as he was going for a high risk maneuver Morgan returned climbing the apron with a steel chair. He betrayed Marcus but hitting his back with the Steel Chair. He pulled him out of the ring. The Rockin Rollers eventually picked up the win and became the new Tag Team Champions. After the match Morgan rolled Marcus into the ring and continued his assault on him finishing him off with a Superkick to the head which at the time he called “The Voice of Insanity.” He then began to unload on him with multiple chair shots. The final scene everyone saw of this moment was Tyler holding up the bloodied chair in the air.

Feuding with Marcus 2012[]

On the 24th of August Episode of Motor City Wrestling. Marcus delivered a promo from a remote location via satellite. In his Promo Marcus talked about the faults of Morgan. Before Marcus could finish his promo Tyler broke into his house and attacked him. However Marcus fought back striking Tyler with a pan before escaping Morgan’s attack on him. Marcus vowed that he would get revenge on Morgan as the segment went to an end.

On the August 27th on Monday Night Adrenaline Morgan teamed up with Shawn Hunter who was replaced by Lex Ludlow right before the show to take on the team of Marcus and Dynamite. Marcus and Dynamite picked up the win when Morgan was caught off guard after choke slamming Marcus he received a Superkick which knocked him down letting Dynamite pick up the win. After the match Marcus waited for Tyler to get back to his feet before hitting him with his patented Spear to the crowds approval.

Later in the week on August 31st on Friday Night MotorStorm. Tyler Morgan competed against Lex Ludlow with Marcus on Commentary. Throughout the match Morgan was decimating Ludlow. As Morgan was about to end him with his Corkscrew DDT, Marcus tried to distract Morgan. Ludlow took the opportunity to try to win with a rollup pin. Morgan kicked out just in time to Superkick Ludlow in the jaw and pick up the win. The two would then stare each other down before the show went to commercial break.

The following Wednesday on September 4th, Marcus and Austin Aries teamed up to take on Elijah Burke and Tyler Morgan. However Morgan didn’t show up and instead appeared on the Tron telling Burke that he’d refuse to put his trust in him. The match was then changed to a handicap match and Burke went on to win it after Marcus speared the Steel post and Burke rolled him up for a pin. Morgan hopped the barricade afterwards and attacked Marcus with a steel pipe. He was then chased out by Aries.

After the last attack Marcus got a restraining order against Morgan prohibiting him from coming near him. The only exception was for matches. The restraining order was set til September 17th which was the next PPV. Marcus then challenged Morgan to a No DQ Match. Morgan accepted the next day warning him that it was a big mistake and that Marcus would be leaving on a stretcher and that he would enjoy doing it as well.

On August 17th at Testament PPV Morgan and Marcus competed in their No DQ Grudge Match. The match lasted half an hour. The brutal match involved the use of steel chairs and cheese graters. At one point Morgan tried to end Marcus by running him over with a Van. Another point of the match Marcus DDT’d Morgan through a windshield. The match ended near the thirty minute mark when Morgan tried to throw Marcus through a table with a Morgan Stunner. Marcus slipped out of it and through Tyler into the table. Marcus then Speared Morgan through the table and then pulled him out of the table wreckage to pin him for the win. After the match Morgan was rushed to the hospital on a stretcher while Marcus continued to celebrate. Days after the PPV Morgan was  medically released from MCW.

Supreme Pro Wrestling[]

Tyler Morgan signed with Supreme Pro Wrestling on November 26th, 2015. He debuted in the company’s first event at the Bren Events Center in Irvine, California on December 6th. Morgan’s competed in a tournament to crown the firs Supreme Pro Wrestling World Heavyweight Champion. Morgan won his Quarterfinal Match against Blake Angel after reversing his Crossbody into a pin for the three count advancing him to the Semi Finals. In the Semi Finals Match Tyler faced his old rival Marcus who he feuded with in Motor City Wrestling. Marcus attempted to hit Morgan with his Marcus Bomb but Morgan reversed it with a Back Body Drop. Marcus landed on his feet however and hit Morgan with a Superman Punch followed by his patented Spear to pick up the win and eliminate Morgan from the Tournament.

On December 9th on the Premiere of SPW’s Adrenaline Show. Tyler Morgan teamed up with Marcus to take on the newly crowned World Heavyweight Champion Nicholas Lancer and Noah Cool Guy. As Nicholas Lancer attempted to End Marcus with his Finisher, Morgan distracted him from Ringside by grabbing his World Heavyweight Championship and leaping the barricade escaping with it. With Lancer distracted Marcus reversed Lancers Finisher with a Jackknife pin for the three count. After the match Noah Cool Guy and Lancer attacked Marcus. To the surprise of the crowd Morgan returned to help out Marcus by throwing Noah out of the ring and hitting Lancer over the head with the title. Morgan then once again left with Lancers title still in his hands.

After three days of keeping the title from Lancer, Morgan finally gave him his title back. He then told him to remember what it felt like to lose his title and promised he’d feel that feeling again.

On December 16th, Morgan was part of a Number One Contender’s Elimination Chase: Four-Way Fray Match with Malcolm Brice, Marcus, and Noah Cool Guy. The person who gets pinned during the match would be eliminated and the remaining would advance to the next week. Towards the end of the match Morgan was almost pinned with a roll up by Malcolm Brice but he was able to Kickout at the 2 count. Marcus then Speared Malcolm Bruce and went for the pin but Morgan Punt Kicked Marcus in the head sending him out of the ring. Morgan then made the pinfall eliminating Malcolm Brice.

On December 23rd, the match continued with Noah Cool Guy, Marcus, and Morgan in a 3 Way Fray. The match ended after Morgan hit his finishing Falling Hammer, as he went for the cover Marcus hit Morgan with a Slingshot Leg Drop. Then made the cover on Noah Cool Guy for the three count.

December 30th Marcus and Morgan competed as the final two in the two way fray. However after an intense battle, the match ended as a draw as the two brawled on the outside of the ring. Marcus hit Morgan with a Superman Punch but before he could enter the ring the Official counted them out and ended the match in a Draw. After the match Michael Bryce announced that at New Horizons PPV Marcus, Morgan, and Lancer would be competing in a Triple Threat Ladder Match for the Supreme Pro Wrestling World Heavyweight Championship. After the announcement Marcus then proceeded to Spear Morgan into the steel steps and stand tall as the show came to a close.

January 3rd, 2016 New Horizons PPV Main Event featured Tyler Morgan vs Marcus vs Nicholas Lancer in a Triple Threat Ladder match. The match was intense battle between the three. Morgan came close to winning as he climbed the ladder to grab the title. The ladder was pushed over by Lancer as Morgan hung by the title itself. Marcus took Morgan down with a Spear from the Top Rope. Lancer then lifted the ladder with both man down. He climbed the ladder looking to retain his title but Marcus climbed to the top Nicholas and Lancer exchanged punches and Lancer took Marcus down with a Front Suplex. Lancer then retrieved the World Title winning the match and retaining his Championship.

January 6th, Morgan competed in a six man tag team match. He teamed up with Aaron Mercer and Jak Storm to Face Marcus, Nicholas Lancer, and The Scorpion. Morgan’s team picked up the win when Lancer begins to argue with Marcus. This gives Morgan the chance to Tag in Storm to hit his Finisher the Thunder Crash on Marcus for the three count. After the match Lancer gets even more mad at Marcus for making them lose. Lancer shoves Marcus and Marcus rebounds with a Spear to Lancer as Morgan’s team celebrates up the ramp as the show came to a close.

Supreme Pro Wrestling Internet Championship[]

January 13th, 2016 Tyler Morgan teamed up with Aaron Mercer to take on the SPW Internet Champion Glen Cody and Eden Darkly. If Cody gets pinned in the match then he would lose his title to whoever pins him. The match eventually came down to just Tyler and Cody as Aaron Mercer and Eden Darkly battled at ringside. Glen Cody attempted a frog splash on a downed Morgan but Morgan was able to get his knees up at the last second. Morgan then proceeded to use the ropes to leverage his pin for the three count. The official didn’t see it and Morgan won the SPW Internet Championship. 

The GM Michael Bryce announced that Morgan would be defending his newly won title against Aaron Mercer.

On January 20th, the show kicked off with Aaron Mercer holding Tyler’s Internet Championship. He was then followed by a group of men called the Ninjas which were Mercer’s followers. They carried out Morgan who was unconscious and dragged him into the ring. After that they began to attack him until he would agree to join their Shadow Empire. Morgan then agreed and submitted to Mercer willing to join the Shadow Empire. The bell then rang and Morgan slid out to fetch the Internet Championship. Morgan laid the title in front of Mercer and backed up allowing him to pick it up. As Mercer went down to pick up the title Morgan fooled him and Punt Kicked him in the head and covered for a quick pinfall. Mercer’s Ninjas broke up the pin which caused the match to end in a Disqualification. After the match the Ninjas continued to assault Morgan until Eden Darkly ran down and saved Morgan. After they scared off the Ninjas, Darkly left the ring mouthing the words “Soon” to Morgan pointing at his Internet Championship.

On January 27th, 2016 Morgan defended his Internet Championship match against Glen Cody. As Glen Cody was about to hit his finishing Frog Splash, Aaron Mercer showed up and pushed Cody off of the turnbuckle. After the match, Aaron Mercer climbed into the ring and began to attack Tyler Morgan until Eden Darkly charged down to the ring to save him, Aaron and Eden then begin brawling in the center of the ring until both of them got taken down by a crossbody from Glen Cody. The General Manager Michael Bryce made his way out there in the midst of the commotion to announce that the SPW Internet Championship would be defended in a Four Corner Survival Match.

On January 31st at the Battle for Supremacy PPV Morgan retained his SPW Internet Championship. Aaron Mercer was eliminated by Eden Darkly from pinfall after a falling neckbreaker/frog splash combination with Glen Cody. Eden Darkly was Eliminated by Glen Cody via pinfall following a shining wizard after interference from Aaron Mercer. Glen Cody was Eliminated by Tyler Morgan via pinfall with a reverse rolling prawn hold.

Morgan returned that night for the Main Event to compete in the Battle for Supremacy Match. He was the 10th entrant but was immediately eliminated by Nicholas Lancer after trying to hit him with the Internet Championship.

February 6th show opened up with a SPW Internet Championship match with Morgan defending his Internet Championship against Nicholas Lancer. As the bell rang to start the match off Lancer attempted to walk out on the match. Morgan pursues and attack’s Lancer throwing him into the guardrail. As Morgan charged at Lancer, Lancer lifted him and dropped him chest first onto the guard rail before throwing him into the steel steps. At this point the official had counted to ten ending the match in a draw. After the match Michael Bryce made his way out on the stage to address the match outcome. He announced the upcoming SPW World Tag Team Championship Round-Robin Tournament they would be taking on the team of The Future Is Now In the first round and that Lancer’s partner would be Tyler Morgan. If the duo worked together as a unit they would both get their World Title match opportunity.

During the first round of the SPW World Tag Team Championship Round-Robin Tournament on February 10th Morgan and Lancer were able to pick up the win as Morgan pulled  Shane Croft off the apron giving Lancer the chance to hit his Finisher the End off Days to pickup the three count.

On February 17th in the second round of the Tournament Morgan and Nicholas Lancer competed against Eden Darkly and The Scorpion, Morgan attempted to pickup the win for him and Lancer. However as he attempted his Voice of Insanity Superkick, Scorpion reversed it and hit him with the Death Sting. The lights in the arena went out and a figure tried to distract Scorpion. Scorpion tagged in Eden Darkly and chased after the man. Dearly questioned the official of what was going on as Morgan attempted a rollup but Darkly kicked out which sent Morgan into the steel post. As Morgan groggily staggered back Darkly hit him with his Fallaway Powerbomb Finisher and Lancer rolled in only to stand and watch Morgan get pinned. After Morgan and Lancer Lost, Lancer grabbed Morgan and hit him with his finisher Nail in the Coffin which ended the show.

On February 24th, 2016 Tyler defended his title against The Monster Scorpion, just as Scorpion was about to defeat Morgan the mysterious figure appeared taunting the Monster and Scorpion rolled out going after him which resulted in a no count out. The man disappeared and in an angry rage Scorpion reentered the ring and attacked Morgan as he was celebrating. The official attempted to stop Scorpion, but Scorpion hit the official with his finisher the Death Sting. He then picked up Morgan and hit him with the Death Sting as well leaving the two of them unconscious in the the middle of the ring.

Alpha Wrestling (2018 - Present)[]

Alpha Wrestling where Tyler Morgan is currently wrestling at has already been a ride for Morgan. Working with many other wrestlers that he’s worked with before he’s already made an image of himself as he was fought in a Triple Threat Match at a PPV called The Mighty Don’t Kneel. He ultimately lost that Match when he was distracted by Marcus who was seated in the front row behind the barricade; who he’s also feuded with in past years in other companies such as Motor City Wrestling (MCW) and SupremePRO.
