Championship Wrestling Federation is a wrestling federation created in 1999 by Ryan O'Neill which is now currently under the ownership of the Levinsky family
The Championship Wrestling federation was first created by Ryan O’Neill In October of 1999. as a play by email on card show. A revolutionary concept at the time as this was among the first e-feds to Do this as well as create a 1 RP limit a week deadline. CWF Loaded was The flagship show and only show as it remains to this day. O’Neill attracted A good deal of noteworthy talent such as stars like Johnny Flame and Jim Mason. And compelling pay per views and angles. In 2000 Ryan O’Neill went into Partnership with Joe Levinsky who helped introduce established talents like “The Specialist” Grant Ralton and “The Future Nick Cage. The federation Changed hands after a dispute between Joe Levinsky and Ryan O’Neill over “Creative Differences” according to Joe Levinsky in his book “Levinsky – My struggle” Ryan had increasingly burned out and had nearly shut down the federation twoTimes. In September of 2000 came a dramatic ground breaking change that Would see O’Neill republish ownership to Levinsky that would see the CWF in its darkest hour as talent would depart leaving a incredible Anemic roster to carry the burden. In late September however CWO and UEWF stand out Violent J was signed to the CWF infusing new life into the dying federation. Levinsky would come up with a winning formula relying on upon using the remaining talents of Nick Cage, Grant Ralton, Violent J and Jim Mason to rebuild interest and create compelling match combinations. Levinsky would rely on this core strength of Mason, Cage, Ralton and J to dramatically rebuild the roster from scratch and revive interest in the CWF. In late December of 2000, Many top talents from the belly up PCWF/SEWO such as Bryan Blayze, Rage, Chase Williams and Barbed Wire Brain would soon jump to the CWF adding even more Increased exposure and excitement that would regenerate the federation from top to Bottom for many years to come. The CWF is also known for having one of the best women’s divisions if not the best in all of e-wrestling (because the best women in the world wrestle naked, sure!) with such well known personalities Such as Lexxy Draiven, Micki Duran, The Bartuzzinni Sisters and the Twins. Along with “Wildcat” Jennifer Noetzel and Jenna Levinsky. These women would serve As a solid and impeccable force that would ignite and inspire the re-generation of women’s wrestling with their athletic fast paced fighting styles.
