The Dragon Slayers (also known as The Savage Kingdom) are a professional wrestling tag team consisting of Michael Shaw and Sam Steele, who are signed with EAW, competing on the ShowDown brand, Pro Wrestling Entertainment (PWE), Chaotic (Pro) Wrestling (CPW) and World of Wrestling (WOW) and Extreme Championship Wrestling Federation. They are former nine-time World Tag Team Champions, holding the WOW World Tag Team Championship five times, the PWE Tag Team Championship three times and CPW Unified Tag Team Championship one time. Since 2015, they've been aligned with The Enterprise here and there.

In 2016, Daniel Keegan, Joe King, Kaitlin Mercedes and Crystal Mercedes joined the group as part of the ECWF promotion.

It was announced that Shaw and Steele had signed with ECWF. On the January 13 episode of Revolution, Shaw and Steele made their debut under the Dragon Slayers name and defeated Team Epic (Chris Frenzy and Freddy Funk) to win the ECWF World Tag Team Championship for the first time. On the February 3 episode of Revolution, Shaw and Steele made their first title defense against another incarnation of Team Epic in the form of (Chris and Mark) to retain the ECWF World Tag Team Championship on that same night Daniel Keegan made his debut for ECWF as part of the group. On Revolution 122 they both lose in separate singles matches to Arcane and Eric Donavan. On Revolution 124 they (Mike & Sam) lost the World Tag Team belts to Jack Phillips & Jake Saxton. At Revolution 125 Mike (18) & Sam(16) entered the WarTime Rumble where they were eliminated by Jason Rocket, while they were trying to eliminate PerZag, making them 17, 18, & 19 eliminations. Then at StarrCade XII they lost again to Jack & Jake in a 30 minute Iron Tag Team match, not regaining the tag belts. They took a break and wasn't booked for Fallout 2018. On Revolution 126 Mike Shaw defeated The Giver in a singles match with Sam at ringside. On Revolution 127 Sam defeated Jack Phillips in a singles match with Mike at ringside. On Revolution 128 Sam got pinned by Daniel Keegan so Daniel could advance to the Chamber of Horrors match in a triple threat match which Mike was in. At the Chamber of Horrors (PPV) Mr. Indigo hands the vacated World Tag Tema Championship belts making them a 2 time champions. At Revolution 128 Sam & Mike were facing The Resurrected One & Chaotic in a non-title tag team match until Erik Holland & Tiami Erickson attacks them making it a DQ win.

Debut; Dynasty and The Dragon Slayers (2018)[]

Shaw and Steele signed with Elite Answers Wrestling in December 2017, and is rumored to begin competing for EAW in 2018. On January 8, 2018 it was revealed they would be comping on the Dynasty brand. They have since set their sights on the EAW Unified Tag Team Championships, sending messages to the current champions, The High Rollerz. However at Reasonable Doubt X, Di Consentes (Openweight Champion Cameron Ella Ava & EAW Champion Heart Break Gal) defeated The High Rollerz (Jack Ripley & David Davidson) to win the EAW Unified Tag Team Championships. Shaw and Steele would set their sights on new champions, Di Consentes. It was later announced by EAW that Shaw and Steele would receive a shot at EAW Unified Tag Team Championship at Reckless Wiring X, but failed to win the titles. At Culture Crisis, Shaw and Steele defeated Shaker Jones and Woogieman in a No.1 contenders match. It was later revealed that they would receive their Unified Tag Team Championship match against defending champions Mr. DEDEDE & Cameron Ella Ava at Pain for Pride XI, while it was also revealed that Charlie Marr and Daryl Kinkade would also be in the title match.

ShowDown (2018-2019)[]

On June 30 during the 2018 EAW draft, The Dragon Slayers were drafted to compete on the ShowDown brand.

NXT (2022-present)[]

In February 2022, it was announced that Shaw and Steele had signed contracts with NXT and was set to visit the Performance Center. They made there intentions clear that no matter how long, they were going to win the NXT Tag Team Championships and the WWE Tag Team Championships as the same time. The Dragon Slayers defeated Brett DiBiase and Brooks Jensen in a steel cage match to win the NXT Tag Team Championship for the first time.
