The Big Trail[]
The Big Trail was a signature event of the late WFT (Wrestling From Texas), and later adopted by Alamo Pro. It consisted of a 5K run for charity (the charity would change each year), with an award at the finish line. Rather than race, the events degenerated into wild brawls over a 5K stretch, with wrestlers who couldn't run looking to injure others to prevent them reaching the finish line. It quickly became the most popular show in the WFT circle, while raising a lot of money for good causes.
