The Asylum of Slaughter (2010) was a pay-per-view (PPV) event produced by Premium Championship Wrestling. It was the first event under the The Asylum of Slaughter chronology. Nine professional wrestling matches were scheduled on the event's card while one dark match was held on the promotion's YouTube account.
The main event was a singles match for the PCW World Heavyweight Championship, in which Mariano Fernandez defeated Sickboy to retain the championship. Featured matches on the undercard included Heather Monroe defeating Osiris, Viktor Orlov and Robert Gilmour to earn her second Scars of Wrestling Cup victory and a Barbwire Cell Match where Israel Steele defeated Draven Logan Kennedy to become the first ever PCW Brawl Champion
