Terry Richards (born 7th February 1985) is a professional wrestler, currently working with WARPED Wrestling. He is best known with his tenure with Classic Wrestling Federation, where he became a 2x CWF Unified Champion. He's the son of Terry Richards Sr., who had a short wrestling career of his own, and Vicky Richards. Both his parents have deceased, Vicky Richards in 1998 and Terry Sr. in 2010.

Who is Terry?[]

Terry plays the role of a seemingly unstoppable madman, who now has to spend six hours trapped inside a padded cell. This violent serial murder is known for making the craziest things ever, and basically doing everything no-one would ever consider. Diagnosised with Intermittent Explosive Disorder at the age of twelve, Terry would wound up being kicked out of his house by his crazy stepmother, Carmen. Without normal education, Terry managed to survive via underground fight clubs. He states that he desired to wrestle, following the footsteps of his father's tiny wrestling career, but it was impossible at that age. A bloody Terry would finally be able to get a job in 2007, not as an active competitor, but as a booker to New Wrestling Council...

New Wrestling Coucil (2007)[]

Terry debuted in the wrestling world as a match-writer for the recent New Wrestling Council promotion. He helped writing matches from mid-April to June, when the promotion folded. Terry won the only "Writer of the Month" award, as the award was discontinued. However, the biggest peak of the NWC career was at The NWC Peak, their last PPV. Boss Stewie McKent came in and broke kayfabe utterly, claiming that "Yes, it's true, it's all fake, scripted and rehearsed" and that "the match-writers out there deserve their credit too". Stewie called out Terry and offered him a title shot against the champion at the time, Justin The Top. The original plan Justin wanted was a "retire ceremony with the title", but Stewie was mad at the consecutive no-shows. Terry then pinned Justin The Top to win the NWC Title, as the promotion slowly faded away. Terry sucessfully defended the title against Shawn Brown at the last Tuesday Night Triumph with a big superkick to the face as this meant the end of the NWC. Terry would then take a two year plus hiatus from wrestling.

Classic Wrestling Federation (2009-2010)[]

Terry Richards debuted in CWF's 2009 edition of Summer Smash as a face, squaring off against James Baker and Mariano Fernandez in the opening match. He lost when James Baker hit him in the head with a roll of quarters and Mariano yakuza kicked Baker, sucessfully pinned him. He then made a controversial appearance in the first ever "Late Night with Bobby Crane" show, where he threw a chair at Bobby Crane and walked away, igniting a rivalry between the two.

Losing Streak[]

On the next Showdown, Terry seeked revenge from James Baker, but lost a triple threat match between him, Baker and the debuting Vincent Vegas. Despite eliminating Vegas, he was pinned by Baker, therefore losing. Terry Richards' losing streak continued at Scars and Stripes, where he lost in yet another triple threat match between him, Paul Blair and T-Money. Again, Terry pinned T-Money to eliminate him,

but yet he was pinned by Paul Blair. Terry also lost in his first main event, a Battle Royal Match, him and Mariano simultaneously being eliminated by Magnus Thunder. Before the match took place, two men captured Richards and placed him in a steel cage, in order for him not to enter the Battle Royal. He escaped by mere luck, using his own blood to make a small power generator explode and the floor collapse.

Heel Losing Streak and Bobby Crane Incidents[]

In the Battle Royal, Terry's head hit the apron, resulting in even more cerebral problems (Already having the I.E.D.). He then became heel by starting to murder innocent people, and he teamed up with Maniac against Mariano/Pledge Allegiance in a losing effort. During this period, his feud with Bobby Crane became more explicit, with Terry taking wild bumps against Bobby Crane. In his first singles match, he defeated Paul Blair to end his nearly two-month long losing streak. Before the match, Pledge Allegiance announced that it was a Number One Contender's Match for the National Title. Terry won a shot at it at the next PPV, Global Warning. Next week, it was revealed that Axel Way was behind encaging Terry, aswell as Terry's revenge on Axel Way with a baseball bat. He faced Axel Way, but lost by DQ after interference from James Baker. Terry became more involved with Mariano by attacking Mariano's friend Paul. He went onto the match, but came out with a close loss. On the next Showdown, he teamed up with Mariano to take on Axel Way and Sickboy, but came out with a controversial loss after Sickboy rolled him up.

Joining the Horsemen and becoming Unified Champion[]

The next week, Terry Richards started the show big by annihilating Genocide, Randy Retro and Richie Moncrief on their way out of the CWF. He then won a match against Sickboy, and in the end of the show joined the legendary faction of The Horsemen, along with "Nitemare" Rob Osbourne and "Radiant" Roland Ulv.

Terry Richards then went on to Fall Fever to defeat Axel Way to become the new Unified Champion, when fellow Horsemen Roland Ulv kicked Axel's feet off the ropes. He then went on to defeat James Baker in a similar "screwjob" scenario (This time with fellow Horsemen Curtis "Sickboy" Wilkes spiking James Baker with Sickboy's own National Championship belt) to retain the title. The following week, he teamed up with Sickboy to beat Angelus and Axel Way in yet another controversy, when Terry handed a briefcase full of money to Angelus, who laid-down for Richards. In that Showdown eppisode, Terry Richards vs James Baker in a Ladder Match for the Unified Championship at Night of Champions 3: Halloween Extreme was announced. The next week, Terry's winning streak came to an end as Gary "Chemical X" Scarletti beat him in a non-title match. He then lost again to 7 foot, 500 lbs. beast Magnus Thunder at the next Showdown.

Betrayal and face turn[]

At Night of Champions, The Horsemen backstabbed him and made him lose his title to Baker, completing the shocking betrayal. He then lost to Bob Osbourne, who is going to face James Baker next week for the Unified Championship. Next Showdown, Terry Shock Turned Bob Osbourne after his match, entered a backstage confront with Jimmy Blast, formed The Doubtful Alliance (Joining The Richards Legion and Da Xtreme Dynasty for the sole propose of bringing down The Horsemen) and lost to Roland Ulv. Next Showdown, he teamed up with James Baker to face Rob Osbourne and the returning Jimmy Blast, a match Terry and Baker would win after Osbourne got himself disqualified with a huge, rare Osbournesault to Jimmy Blast and to James Baker. At Battle to Survive, Terry was screwed twice. First in a 3-on-1 handicap match against the team of Genocide, Richie Moncrief and Randy Retro, who Terry called for, under elimination, no-DQ rules. Terry was able to eliminate Genocide, Richie Moncrief, and had the match pratically won against Randy Retro, when Bobby Crane interfered, breaking his promise of never messing up with Terry again and even costing him the match, as Randy Retro rolled him up. A furious Terry then went into his scheduled triple threat match against Jimmy Blast and Rob Osbourne, and lost yet again when Blast did not break Osbourne's pin. Post-match, both men hugged, revealing that all the tension between the Horsemen had dissapeared, and they were one happy family. Afterwards, the CWF witnessed the return of Darklight Warrior, who attacked Osbourne and powerbombed him through the announce table, helping Terry fight off the Horsemen. The following week, in Osaka, Japan, Terry, along with The Richards Legion, kicked Bobby Crane out of the announce table. He then went on to defeat Jaxx Harrington via submission, locking in the Windy City Spinecrusher. Afterwards, he hit a huge variation of his Shock Turn on Jaxx. As he returned to the announce table, Bobby Crane came in, and started brawling with Richards. Security took Terry away and left Crane on the announce table for the rest of the show. Next week, he and Bobby Crane booked a match for Season's Beatings between the duo, resulting in a brawl afterwards. e faced Curtis "Sickboy" Wilkes for the National Championship and had the match pratically won with the Shock Turn, until Bobby Crane himself cost him the win.

Suspension, return and heel turn[]

During the plane trip from Oslo, Norway to Chicago, IL, Terry got involved in altercations and was suspended for one week or more for the CWF, having to forfeit his match with Bobby Crane, in his own hometown. Terry was absolutely furious after this, as he declared "A man costs me a motherf*cking title, I have a match scheduled with him in my goddamn hometown, and I get a suspension?! Get the f*ck off, I have nothing else to say for a long, long time to you asses".
Terry started the new year with the right foot, it seems. At the end of the Richards Legion vs O'Reilly Brothers vs Da Xtreme Dynasty bout, Terry appeared on the titantron. He seemingly "got rid of the mask he was hiding behind" and revealed he was testing Baker's partnership by putting a real life issue ahead of him. He revealed he was on possession of Enrique Lopez, and he was the mastermind behind the kidnapping. As soon as James Baker ran backstage, trying to find Enrique, Trent Walker came in and attacked him. Terry declared this the end of The Doubtful Alliance.
At Last Man Standing 2010, Terry wrestled in two matches: He teamed up with Chris and Alex to face Da Xtreme Dynasty (J.T. Banks, Kevin Styles and James Baker), a match that he won hitting the Shock Turn II on J.T. Banks. He was also involved in the Last Man Standing Battle Royale, where he drew number 18 out of 20; he survived for a decent ammount of time until he was eliminated by Jack Mason, who would eventually go on to co-win the Battle Royale with Brian Adams. During one of his promos, he switched the NWC Belt for the Psychosis Championship, his brand new unsanctioned title. Two weeks later, he teamed up with Ashley Mastrangelo to face James Baker and Danielle Lopez. The match broke out in to a titanic brawl where neither sides prevailed, the match being ruled a no-contest. He then faced Paul Blair in an official CWF House Show next week's Sunday, and came out victorious with a Shock Turn, defeating Blair for the second time in his career. The next Showdown, Terry had Israel Steele, whom attacked Blair in the house show, join the Legion of Shadows. Due to this decision, Trent Walker left the Legion in shock, and Terry had no time to prepare to his match at Valentine's Bash, which was contested under no interference rules. Despite his tension burning, he was still able to beat James Baker, and, due to a pre-match stipulation, forced Baker to release Hikari. Terry kept being on a roll as he beat Bob Osbourne, Eddie Noble and Leon Lonewolf in a Fatal Four Way to determine the new number one contender to the CWF Unified Title. Terry starts to attend a padded cell for six hours, where he writes all his raw thoughts on paper, in a diary entitled "Countdown to Freedom". In an amusing sidenote, Terry scrapped the title "Diary of a Madman" mid-promo. In a subsequent Showdown, Terry showed signs of a suicide attempt on live TV, since his stable was coming down, but it was a lie, as he used the shock value to promote his new movie, "Agent Cobain"...With the Unified Title secure, he then faced and successfully defeated Mike Laszlo. When he arrived to the Unified Title, he faced Mariano Fernandez one more time, and successfuly beat him to become the new Unified Champion, for the second time in his career. The next Showdown, he was immediately forced to face Eddie Noble to defend his championship, which he proudly did. Next week, however, it was a rematch from Last Man Standing, as he teamed up again with Chris and Alex to face James Baker, J.T. Banks and Kevin Styles. However, the match broke into an all out brawl with no victors. Next week it was the grand stage, the ending of the incessant feud with James Baker, SuperCard, where he successfully beat James in a Last Man Standing match to end their long standing rivalry and retain the Unified Title. Next week, the Bobby Crane show, Terry wasn't present. The Showdown episode afterwards, he was scheduled to face SJ Funk, but instead sent in the Jobbers for Hire, who were squashed by Funk. Next Showdown, he defeated the rioting Jobbers For Hire in their entirety of seventeen members, who rioted against Terry for his despicable actions against jobbers and his Wipeout program. He issued an open challenge for the Psychosis Championship, and out came Leon Lonewolf. Both men looked at each other, and Terry laid down for Leon, giving him the easy win, and announcing him as a member of the Legion of Shadows. Vendetta came, but his match with The Lunatic was scrapped due to personal reasons by both men. Still, a promo from Terry was aired, where he tortured an innocent woman, marked her and the Assault Belt with the Legion of Shadows logo, and announced an invasion all over the CWF.A rematch was hosted in the following episode of Showdown, marking Terry's first time in a Showdown Singles Match Main Event, and his third time overall main eventing. During the show, the Legion of Shadows attacked many members of the roster, including Tige', Mariano Fernandez, Eddie Noble, Ellis Elegance, Kristian Chambers and James Baker, injuring the latter and expelling Elegance and Chambers from the CWF. Still, in the end, Terry was able to pin Lunatic for a victory. Two weeks later, he would end up facing Keith Daniels in the first round of the second ever Lord of the Ring tournament, a match he won by count-out. However, Mark Xamin came out and said Terry did not deserve the victory, and pitted him against a returning legend...Who turned out to be the hugely famous Suicide. Still, not enough, as Terry squashed him to legally be on the second round of the tournament. Next week, at NOC VI, he faced SJ Funk in another tournament round, who would eventually win, being the National, Unified Champion and Lord of the Ring all in the same night. To worsen things, Greg Johnson bought the promotion and erased all of the CWF's name value by renaming it Superior Championship Wrestling. Terry Richards, along with the Legion of Shadows, quit SCW as soon as Greg Johnson purchased it. It is unknown why Terry did it, but it is rumored to be because of bad relationships with Johnson, the name change, the fact that Bobby Crane was released, or any other unrelated fact. By quitting the promotion, he, albeit unwilling to, stripped Leon Lonewolf of the Psychosis Championship, because, in his eyes, he was the founder of the belt, and therefore deserved it upon departure. He's now fully focusing on WARPED Wrestling...

Intercontinental Championship Wrestling (2009)[]

In November, Terry and the recently reborn Intercontinental Championship Wrestling came to negociations. Terry got a verbal contract to them, because his CWF wasn't exclusive. Terry debuted in the 28th November edition of Saturday Night Shock and lost in a triple threat, where he was completely off his mindset. Terry demanded a Leave of Absence, and it was granted, but he hasn't been seen negotiating with the company ever since...

Shining Road (2009 - 2010)[]

In December, Terry signed with Shining Road, keeping his deals with the Total J Cup, his LOA deal with ICW and his deal with the CWF. His first opponent was long time nemesis turned fellow The Doubtful Alliance captain, James Baker, which he defeated with the Shock Turn after a really hard-fought match. In the second chapter of the Shining Road series, he was supposed to be involved in a Triple Threat Match, facing Slate Tristen and David Gage, in the show's main event, but, the night he came to the show, ready to fight, it was announced that Shining Road had floundered after roughly one month of operation.

Violent Society (2010)[]

Terry signed a short one-year deal with the full fledging indy promotion Violent Society. In the first Sabotage show, he was beaten by Bob Osbourne. Next week, he amazingly squashed Max Burnz, leaving him out of action and out of VS. The following Sabotage show, he hosted the first ever Shock Turn talk show, interviewing Rob Osbourne. This was considered a highly amusing segment, with the confronts between them making it a show to watch. However, his partner Bob Osbourne was released, and he was forced to wrestle on his own against Mr. Baller and Clayton, being forced to a brutal treatment. Terry was unamused with the way Violent Society booked him, and immediately demanded his release. He was granted the release- Without the star power that Terry Richards and many other CWF or former CWF stars gave to VS, they were forced to shut down abruptly due to the loss of fans. It recently opened under the name of "The Crusade". Terry received an invitation via e-mail to be part of the company, since he was involved with VS, but turned it down, obviously.

WARPED Wrestling (2010)[]

Prior to his VS signing, Terry signed a deal with the independent, rising from scratch WARPED Wrestling company. He is said to be happy with this deal, and he is awaiting his debut in the company.

YouTube Championship Wrestling/Premium Championship Wrestling (2010-Present)[]

In late July, Richards received a deal for a one-time appearance with YouTube Championship Wrestling in their biggest event of the year, Battle Finale . Terry Richards was booked to host the third chapter of the show, featuring the high profile matches and feuds, billed as the "Career Ender". His trademark "Wipeout" van and squad was at ringside, and the likes of Ushiro Ukemy, Thomas Bisping, Jake Norton, Saint Jimmi and Rosalie were tossed into the Wipeout van and driven away, meaning they were released from the company. Eric Redgate and Phillip Mustang were fired and retired that night, respectively, in Terry's chapter, but they were not forced into the Wipeout van. A memorable moment of Terry's hosting was when he rescue longtime friend and NWC fellow backstage worker Eric Redgate from the hands of the (new) boss himself, Shannon Saint, Aaron Thomas and The Enforcer. Shannon Saint bought YCW that same night, and unified YCW and ICW to create Premium Championship Wrestling. Rumors of Terry Richards being involved are spreading around the internet: Terry posted in his official Twitter account that "PCW had just offered him a deal", but, according to him, "he isn't in the mood". However, Terry Richards was met by Michelle Silva, PCW news reporter who was trying to find who the mystery man for a match that week was. Terry Richards showed a dark, murky face of his own, and Michelle observed that he was depressed with the world. Terry flashed through the happenings while everyone forgot about him, and most noteworthy, his bodyguard Trent Walker passed away due to ecstasy overdose. Terry confirmed that he got the call, but he wasn't sure. Terry was collecting bits of sick memorabilia about the people that died in his life. However, looking at one triggered fury inside his brain. Terry called Shannon Saint, PCW boss, and said that he wanted in. In that very show, Terry teamed up with Team Baller and Osiris to successfully defeat Da Xtreme Dynasty, Leon Lonewolf and TJ Tilli , hitting the Shock Turn on and pinning the latter. Terry wasn't seen again on PCW programming until PCW Anarchy, where Shannon Saint invited him to the ring. Shannon formally requested Terry to become the Authority Manager of PCW Rapture. Terry at first was skeptical, but then accepted it, and delivered wild changes, shockingly moving the show to a Saturday along with qualifiers and title matches. Terry exited the ring, saying "mad enough for you, bitch?" and exited. More decisions from Terry may come this week.

Tournament History: Total J Cup (2009)[]

Terry Richards is going for the 2009 Total J Cup, featuring an inter e-fed competition for Junior Heavyweights. At Night 2, Round One, Terry defeated Sally Screw, Howie Banks and the CWF's own Enrique Lopez after nailing Banks with a Shock Turn for the pinfall victory. At the next round, he lost to Nighthawk after a hard-fought match, possibly the best of the entire night. He then was scheduled for the Second Chance Battle Royal, also featuring Ethan Cavanaugh, Tyler Graves, Patrick McCarthy, John Pariah, Joe Ragnal, Impulse, Enrique Lopez, Phoenix and Brad Kane. The ending saw Ethan Cavanaugh and Terry Richards both going over the top rope at the same time, thus being the co-winners of the Battle Royal. Planned matches were changed, and Terry Richards had to face Rex Fury that night, a match that he won to move forward in the tourney. He was supposed to battle Kris CarMichael in the Semi-Finals, officially in December 26th 2009, but the event never took place. The bragging rights for the Total J Cup are yet to decide, but Terry's idea is to share the victory between him, Kris CarMichael and Spooky Doom.

Personal life[]

Terry Richards has a license to use weapons. He possesses a Desert Eagle and a Sniper Rifle in his house. He recently moved to Calgary, Alberta, Canada, after his longtime friend Coach Murdoch betrayed him and called a SWAT team to arrest him. He had to flee from his house to prevent being arrested. Terry also hosts the Canadian Madness Show as an "interim host", until a permanent one is find. Over the years, Terry has had several love interests. His first girlfriend was Brooke Bridgewater, who died in a car accident with Terry involved. His second one, the most famous, was Mariana, from Portugal. Mariana was more involved with Terry and his stable than before. During his relationship with Mariana, Terry's weary and boredom grew, and he started a relationship with Lynne Cobain, a lovely assistant for the defunct Canadian Madness show. Terry eventually confessed his sins to Mariana, and mercilessly broke relations with her, in favor of a new, healthy relationship with Lynne. Lynne accompanies him to the ring in all occasions, and is known to interfere when necessary.

Deaths/damages in RPs[]

Terry has also been responsible for several murders in his RPs. He murdered his doctor, a building janitor, a movie star, a priest, several police officers, Bill J. Hardy (Terry's enemy since the beggining of his CWF career) and is known for very agressive conduct (Mostly caused by his Intermittent Explosive Disease), such as invading to his neighbour's office and throwing his computer off the window, escaping police officers, beating several people up, burning the USA flag, and more.

Trivia[]

1. In the Bobby Crane show, Terry expressed his desire to team up with Mariano Fernandez. His first tag team match, though, was against Mariano.

2. Terry and his brothers have recorded one CD, entitled "The Rockhard Brothers", a pun on his stable's nickname coined by themselves, "The Richards Brothers"

3.In Terry's promos, Motorhead have played many musics: Hellraiser, Ace of Spades, Fight and Traitor.

4.Terry is good friends with Lemmy, bassist and vocalist for the famous heavy metal band, Motorhead.

5.Terry lives in a manor called "Mansion of Shadows", which he bought and remodeled after renaming his stable "Legion of Shadows" and adding Israel Steele into the faction.
