The TCW World Heavyweight Championship is the most prestigious championship in Total Championship Wrestling (TCW). It is the most sought after title in all of wrestling. Having a long, and prestigious history in its 6 year history, the championship has been the defining moment in many careers. It is the pinnacle of success for any wrestler on the TCW Roster to achieve.

TCW World Championship:
1. Sean Lorrenza defeated Mobius for TCW World {C Championship at TCW Resurrection PPV on November {C 21, 2004. Mobius had been the TWF World Champion when {C the fed closed and came to TCW with the belt. His {C reign lasted 46 days.
2. Hugo defeated Sean Lorrenza, Warrior, Tornado, {C Marko, and Mobius in a six man ladder match on TCW {C Showdown on January 6, 2005. His reign lasted 32 days.
3. Mobius defeated Hugo and Sean Lorrenza in a triple {C threat at the TCW Star Party PPV on February 7, 2005. {C His reign lasted 2 days.
4. The TCW Front Office reversed their decision of Mobius {C winning the belt and awarded it to Sean Lorrenza on the {C February 9, 2005 Callin' You Out. His reign lasted 88 days.
5. Vitamin G defeated Sean Lorrenza, Dustin Edberg, Warrior, Brandon Kelley, and Suicide Sid in an Elimination Chamber Match at the Final Retribution PPV on May 8, 2005 for the World Belt. He was released from TCW on June 19, 2005 and the belt was vacated. His reign lasted 42 days.
6. J. Aries-Edberg won the Doomsday Cage Match at the Summer Wave PPV on August 7, 2005 to claim the TCW World Championship from vacant status. Her reign lasted 121 days.
7. Warrior defeated J. Aries-Edberg, Tornado, and T-26 in a Torture Chamber match on the December 6, 2005 Resurrection PPV. His reign lasted 15 days.
8. Tornado defeated Warrior and Sean Lorrenza in a triple threat match at the 12/21/05 Jingle Ball PPV. On Feb 2, 2006, Tornado's {C contract was transferred from TCW to ASW. He went on to become ASW {C World Champion with the contract switch. His TCW World Championship {C reign lasted 43 days. The TCW World Championship was declared vacant.
9. Sean Lorrenza defeated Matt Blake at Storm Warning at the {C Storm Warning PPV for the vacant TCW World Championship on March 5, {C 2006. His reign lasted 14 days.
10. Peter Dragon defeated Sean Lorrenza in a Loser Leaves the Fed {C match for the TCW World Championship on the 3/19/06 edition of {C Showdown. His reign lasted 91 days.
11. Jamal Brown defeated Peter Dragon for the TCW World {C Championship on the 6/18/06 TCW Showdown. His reign lasted 103 days.
12. Rabid Ducky defeated Jamal Brown for the TCW World Championship {C at the TCW/ASW Emotional Trauma PPV on 9/29/06. His reign lasted 135 {C days.
13. Advent Rising defeated Rabid Ducky in a Loser Leaves TCW match {C on Showdown on 2/11/2007 for the TCW World Championship. His reign {C lasted 98 days.
14. Daniel Dare defeated Advent Rising in a surprise match at the {C TCW Final Retribution PPV for the TCW World Championship on {C 5/20/2007. His reign lasted 98 days.
15. Advent Rising defeated Daniel Dare at the 8/26/07 TCW Emotional {C Trauma PPV for the TCW World Championship. His reign lasted {C 119 days.
16. Mr. T.C.W. defeated Advent Rising for the TCW World Championship {C at the Resurrection PPV on 12/23/07. His reign lasted 144 Days.
17. Daniel Deese defeated Mr. T.C.W. for the TCW World Championship {C on Anarchy 5/08/08. His reign lasted 115 days.
18. Sarah Twilight defeated Daniel Deese at the 8/31/08 Emotional {C Trauma PPV for the TCW World Championship. Her reign lasted {C 365 days (1 year)
19. Reginald became TCW World Champion in very controversial {C fashion during the 8-30-09 Emotional Trauma PPV. Although {C Sarah Twilight defeated him in the match, he used his clause from the {C WoA prize to name her as his representative, thus becoming champion. {C His reign lasted 62 days.
20. Vampire Molly defeated Reginald to become the TCW {C World Heavyweight Champion at the 10-31-09 Hell's Holiday PPV. Her reign lasted 36 days.
21. Vampire Molly was stripped of the TCW World Championship and fired on the 12-6-09 TCW Anarchy show. The belt remained vacant for 21 days.
22. Sean Lorrenza won the 12/27/09 TCW Resurrection PPV that pitted .edu (Reginald, Chris Hoff, Wolf Van Bromheime, Joey Ferman, and Alex Silverstar Jr.) against a team of Boomer Matthews, Sarah Twilight, Victor Laputa, Peter Dragon, and Sean Lorrenza. Lorrenza pinned Van Newton at the end to become the TCW World Champion. His reign lasted 63 days.
23. Alexei Morozov defeated Sean Lorrenza, Yuki, Christopher Knowles, and Motown to become the TCW World Champion in a Fire Truck Ladder Match at the TCW Storm Warning PPV on 2/28/10. He is the current holder of this title.
