Step Up was a wrestling/reality show hybrid that has it's broadcasting rights owned by Baker-Money Ryder Productions. It was broadcasted for both YouTube Championship Wrestling and Premium Championship Wrestling. The concept behind the show is where normal men are handpicked from the streets to drop their jobs and become wrestlers for one night, much alike American Gladiators. If the wrestler wannabe won, they would get $10,000 and a PCW (previously YCW) contract. In the first edition of Step Up that was broadcasted under the YCW name, many other experienced YCW wrestlers debuted, such as Leon Lonewolf, Israel Steele, Shaggy "Mr. 420" and "Mr. Intensity" Kerry Collins. Only one man has been able to capture the prize, Aaron Thomas, after interference by Shannon Saint. Since then, nobody else has been successful. Step Up is also known for the famous Gauntlet match where a wrestler who has pissed off the entire company so bad that they get to have their asses beaten by the entire roster. For the fourth episode, PCW has invited wrestlers from True Honor Wrestling to participate in the famous Gauntlet match.
