Professional wrestling career[]

Xtreme Wrestling Entertainment[]

In May 2011 it was confirmed by her brother Ceaser, That Sarita had signed a deal with XWE and would be debuting sometime soon. There were many Rumours stating Sarita was not actually signed due to the fact she had not appeared on screen but was instead training with her Brother In Mexico.

Alliance With Sean And Departure(2011)[]

On The 4th Of July Edition of Monday Night Impact, Sarita made her long awaited début when she got involved in the heavyweight title match witch featured her old brother Sean Where she helped him beat AJ Spears to retain his Heavyweight Title She continued interfering on her brother behalf over the course of his feud with AJ Spears, She remained the manager of Sean until he aligned himself with Lucius Jax She was rarely seen on screen for there on until she made her in ring début defeating Mandy Runnels in the Vixens League Tournament on the 19th Of September Edition of Impact, The following week she was defeated by Cassie Runnels Knocking her out of the Tournament, This would Ultimately be Sarita's Last appearance with XWE as she was released from her contract due to budget cuts.

Total Impact Wrestling/TIW[]

In February 5, 2012, Total Impact Wrestling (TIW) signed Mendez to a developmental contract, and she reported to The 187 Wrestling Academy, TIW's developmental territory.

187 Wrestling Academy (2012)[]

She made her debut on 13 February 2012 in an appearance ringside for a 187 Divas Championship match between Aimee DeSantiago and Kimberly Kim. She made her in-ring debut at the February 20, 2012 in Los Angeles, California 187 houseshow under Her Real Name Sarita Mendez, teaming with Kimberly Kim against Aimee DeSantiago and Rosita Guerra. On March 17, Mendez defeated Kimberly Kim to win the 187 Divas Championship for the first time. Mendez went on a 282 Day reign as Divas Champion Before T.I.W Dropped 187 Wrestling Academy in favour of the New The Vypers Den Academy.

The Vypers Den (2012-Present)[]

Mendez made her debut on a special Christmas Edition on Open Fight Night, She cut a promo talking about how she was technically the Current Diva's Champion due to her not losing the 187 Titles. Later On in the same Episode she picked up a Victory over Jasmine Ortiz Via K.O after Vypers Den trainer Paige Ryan interfered on Mendez's Behalf.
