Professional Championship Wrestling Entertainment Companies, Ltd., d/b/a Professional Championship Wrestling (PCW), was an American integrated media and entertainment company that was primarily known for professional wrestling. PCW has also branched out into other fields, including movies, real estate, and various other business ventures.

The PCW name also refers to the professional wrestling promotion itself, founded by the Ofori brothers in 2015 as Professional Championship Fighting (PCF). Before its closure, it was the largest wrestling promotion known alongside American Xtreme Wrestling (AXW) and TKO Wrestling, holding over 500 events a year, with the roster divided up into various globally traveling brands, and was available to about 36 million viewers in more than 150 countries. The company's global headquarters was located in Yonkers, New York, inside the corporate offices of Diamond Wrestling Corporation (DWC). It was DWC's flagship asset.

As in other professional wrestling promotions, PCW shows were not legitimate contests, but purely entertainment-based, featuring storyline-driven, scripted, and choreographed matches, though matches often include moves that can put performers at risk of injury, even death, if not performed correctly, Since its inception in 2015, PCW publicly has branded their product as sports entertainment, acknowledging the product's roots in competitive sport and dramatic theater.

The company's majority owner was its chairman and CEO, Jaden Ofori, who retained a 42% ownership of the company's outstanding stock and 83% of the voting power.

The current entity, incorporated on April 24, 2015, was previously known as Philip & Sherman Enterprises, which was founded that same year in Yonkers. It later evolved into Diamond Wrestling Corporation, the holding company for Professional Championship Fighting, in 2016. The company was renamed PCF Entertainment, Inc. in later 2016, then Professional Championship Fighting Entertainment Companies, Ltd. in 2017, and finally the current Professional Championship Wrestling Entertainment Companies, Ltd. in 2019. Since then, the company has officially branded itself solely as PCW though the company's legal name was not changed.
