POW is a new efed that has just opened up. Run by Andrew Shane and Angelo Valour POW is now open and is looking for members. POW will have a weekly card called Lockdown and a monthly PPV.

POW Championships and awards[]
The Pow will have 2 titles to begin. The POW World Championship and the POW Ironman Championship. Also up for grabs is the 2009 Sinclair Award.

The very first show for POW will be a one night tournament for the 2009 Sinclair Award. The Sinclair award grants you a shot at becoming the very first ever POW World champion.
