The PCW World Heavyweight Championship was Premium Championship Wrestling's main championship. The final champion is Danielle Lopez who defeated Syn at Anarchy. The first ever champion is Mr. Baller, who was determined champion by PCW CEO Shannon Saint in a very controversial decision. The longest reigning champion in history is Michael Morrison who has held the title for 170 days. Heather Monroe and Danielle Lopez are the only women to have held the title. Syn and Danielle are tied with the most reigns with the championship with two reigns.

History

The PCW World Heavyweight Championship was introduced on July 29th, 2010 where Mr. Baller became the inaugural champion in controversial fashion. It's roots is attributed to both YCW and ICW, since there was a match between both YCW and ICW's World Champions to crown the first ever PCW World Heavyweight Champion. Baller's reign as champion didn't last long as Chemical X defeated him and TJ Tilli to become the champion. During Scarletti's reign, he became the longest reigning champion in the history of the belt, but his reign ended when Mariano Fernandez defeated him at Alma Mater Diem. Afterwards, Chemical X was kicked out of PCW along with a few other aging veterans to officially start the Golden Era.

During Mariano's reign, he became the longest reigning PCW World Champion in history at that time, with a reign that lasted 57 days. His reign ended at Battle Finale II when his good friend and sometimes tag team partner Leon Lonewolf defeated him to become champion, but most credit Mariano's reign as the sign which turned PCW back into the powerhouse it once was. The longest reigning champion is Michael Morrison who held the title at 156 days.
