The Omega Heavyweight Championship is a professional wrestling world championship in Omega Wrestling Alliance. It is currently part of the Olympus brand. It was first introduced on April 22, 2018 by Bob Taylor after he rewarded CM Nas with the belt.

As of January 23, 2025, there have been 7 reigns between 6 official champions overall. Bull Connors holds the record for the most title reigns, with two. CM Nas holds the record for the longest reign at 183 days, while Bull Connors' first reign is the shortest in the title's history at 84 days.

The current Omega Heavyweight Champion is The Derelict, who is in his first reign as champion. He defeated then-champion Bull Connors in a Bullrope match on July 19, 2020 during Night 2 of Boiling Point (2020).
