OWA Odyssey is a professional wrestling television program for Omega Wrestling Alliance. The show features the female Alphas employed by the promotion.

History[]

Though OWA had a women's division from the time the company was founded, a separate brand for them did not initially exist. The first women's match in OWA history was also the promotion's first-ever broadcasted match: Aria Jaxon vs. Savannah Sunshine in a Women's Championship Tournament qualifying match on the April 15, 2018 premiere edition of Kingdom.

Following the first OWA Draft and the introduction of a second brand, Olympus, the women were liable to find themselves on either brand on any given week. As spring turned into summer, the women's division continued to grow. The Goddesses were assigned their own authority figure, Viola DeMarco, and Queen of the Ring was introduced at the first Boiling Point. As the company acquired more female signees, it was clear that the most efficient move would be to give the women their own exclusive program, and so Odyssey was brought into the fold in September. Another women's-exclusive championship, the Goddesses Championship, was introduced at Civil War that same year.

The inaugural Clash of the Titans pay-per-view happened in January of the following year, with Odyssey receiving its own battle royal at the event, the Clash of the Goddesses. The brand's first exclusive supershow, Pluto's Gate, took place March 16, 2019. On the season two premiere of Odyssey, it was revealed that Queen of the Ring would be completely restructured, taking on the new name of Athena's Cup and with the format changed to that of a single-elimination tournament that would take place once a year, culminating at Boiling Point.
