OWA Civil War (2018) was a professional wrestling major event produced by Omega Wrestling Alliance and Strong Style Wrestling. It featured the wrestlers from the Kingdom, Olympus and Odyssey brands as well as the wrestlers from SSW. The event took place on October 21 and 22, 2018 from Madison Square Garden in New York City, New York.

This event was described as one of the "big four" marquee pay-per-views that Omega Wrestling Alliance are producing yearly. This was the second "big four" event of the season, with Boiling Point being the first.
