OWA Chained (2014) was a pay-per-view presented by Online Wrestling Alliance. The event took place on May 25, 2014. Like previous Chained events, the show featured an Elimination Chamber Match for the World Heavyweight Championship.

Background[]

The main match on the card was the Elimination Chamber Match for the World Heavyweight Championship, which would see champion Julio Zapien defend his title against five other men. The first to qualify for this match was Jeff Palmer, following his victory over Sarinyde at the previous pay-per-view, Futurefest III.

Another feud heading into the event was between European Champion Bryan Daniels and Pot of Gold Holder Angel. Bryan claimed that he would be a better fit for the Pot of Gold briefcase, while Angel claimed he made a better European Champion during his reign. A match was set up for Chained with both men's prizes up for grabs, where the winner takes all.
