Background[]
The main feud heading into the event centered around OWA World Heavyweight Champion Craig Anderson and his challenger Jamo. Following a match in which Anderson lost the OWA Tag Team Championship, Jamo assaulted the champion in what seemed to be a random attack. However, Jamo raised the World Championship belt after the damage had been done, claiming that he would be wearing the gold soon enough.
