New American Wrestling Association (NAWA or to the more commonly used AWA), which operated between 1960 and 1991 with the American Wrestling Association was founded in 2013 as a continuation of the wrestling company is a professional wrestling company.

History[]

Re-Opening[]

Frank Reed young promoter of the initiative in March 2013 as a result of AWA the company has gone back to life after 22 years (beginning in NAWA the abbreviation). Reed In this context, the old AWA wrestler and received a positive response in consultation with Verne Gagne's son Greg Gagne. Reed was very young when his father gave him in an interview that AWA is take the show and announced that captivated a result of this and has expressed his dream of one day becoming one of the company's partners. Great efforts result of AWA has entered into a re-collection period.

Initially non-major federations like the old days, AWA, the period of the old WWE and WCW wrestler with open contracts (on contracts, no specific time are agreements they receive pay-per-match wrestlers) have signed and configure a specific team to the first show. Some of these names; Shawn Stasiak, Justin Credible, Buff Bagwell, Doug Basham, Buchanan, Stan Lane, Pimp Fatha, Paul London, Ricky Morton, Hardcore Holly and names like Super Crazy. Besides, the company has chosen to look at the old school design in honor of the return of the ring and 80 were asked to live again. I saw this idea a considerable part of the positive interest and relevance.

A month later, Greg Gagne's AWA show first the special request "AWA Retro" was published under the name. Shows the screen came with a special ring design as just mentioned. Retro first show held every month to do construction has become a weekly schedule and made the final in a series consisting of a total of 11 chapters. All of the show was released as a retro band from TBS. Retro first show was held on April 7, 2013. Show the last position on the second belt company AWA International Championship and AWA Heavyweight Championship were made to match. Competitions results; Buchanan beating a 3-way match, Stan Lane and Doug Basham of capturing the International belts, Pimp quad struggle is located in the main game night in Fatha, Hardcore Holly, Ricky Morton and Super Crazy became the new AWA's first champion by defeating. Also one of the important events of the show, Bob Backlund is the result of the match than those coming from the internet audience rating given as general manager to be selected. First AWA show drew a good audience when viewed as an arena occupancy rate.

Another event that can be considered important for AWA PPV outside of weekly shows are (or simple event held at that time), respectively. Most of the results following the intense curiosity AWA company formerly used to explain the event list when the 2013 PPV names reveals a lot of it is used. Clash of the Champions, and the company synonymous with Halloween Havoc, SuperClash shows were published within the company the same year. They formed their own through AWA finding new names next event. In particular format is a wholly owned company of the Civil War had great interest following the show.

In addition to the company back to life, I have decided to offer three different belts as standard on-site. In the past I used "AWA World Heavyweight Championship" title, within the "world" by removing the phrase has become active again. The reason for the company's new opening and yet it was able to access a major source view. Company midcard (middle class) as the belt is AWA International title was used. This belt was used briefly in the earlier year 1987-89. The tool belt "world" without leaving the phrase was directly presented with history.

First Shows and AWA SuperSunday (2013)[]

By June of 2013 when the company had offered 11 weekly Retro show and 2 event. During these shows, new AWA's first champion Pimp Fatha, belt at that time was lost in the Clash of the Champions Johnny Curtis from the WWE show. International title holder in Buchanan is dated May 12 Retro show another WWE belt had snapped past Percy Watson. AWA so that the term in the WWE hope you find uncountable nouns belt championships live and has seen the best interest of the audience by presenting to the market in different roles. In the team there was still a champion belt. Greg Gagne, teams provided a different time with different names out of the game to see the best of the division. This team of one period of the indy star of Jack Evans and Teddy Hart formed The Hart Foundation 2.0 team was. This new team together who are not accustomed to appear, it was good to get support by the audience in the show.

Of course, the biggest development on the outskirts of the events of this period for a new weekly show AWA company was to reach an agreement with the TBS channel. Previously, who presented PPV style SuperSunday show is now published in a way that had become a weekly show every week on Sundays.
