The New-Age Wrestling Federation was an e-wrestling company that was founded on May 2, 2009 by Tougie. The federation had six championships and one vacant Straight Cash Briefcase to be won by their talent, the most prominent of which being the NWF Undisputed Championship. The roster is currently not split into brands and they run one show a week, Collision Course, as well as one to two house shows exclusively for new talent. NWF is also listed on the top ten list on the Roughkut Forums.
Founding The Company[]
The idea for the creation of the NWF came after three unsuccessful attempts at running a fed by Tougie. The first attempt was at Tougie's very first efed. The owner had to step down and Tougie, although being there for a short amount of time, was named the new owner. However a person who shouldn't have been trusted was, and he deleted the fed. The second attempt from Tougie never materialized due to lack of help. After the second attempt failed Tougie dropped into stream sites. After joining a site that had a floundering federation Tougie was scheduled to take over it. Although the site was deleted before that started. fter the stream site was closed Tougie was encouraged to create a new site, and NWF was created officially on May 2nd, 2009.
History[]
2009[]
On May 2nd, 2009 NWF was officially created. It had its very first show one day later known as Breakdown 1. Breakdown has since been known as NWF's top FPV, known as Free-Per-Views. During the early stages of NWF it was dominated by two people, Sphinx and The Great Sheikh, The Arabian Nightmares. As they feuded with another tag team, TLA and Steve Dangers, The Mexican Warriors. After a month feud the two teams combined with breakout singles star Randy Bourne to form The Players Club. The Players Club continued to dominate although the lineup continued to change. Meanwhile more singles stars continued to shine with the likes of future NWF Grand Slam Champion The UK Force, Kevin Devastation, Bryn, Chase Black, The Indian Lucha, SG2, Demo (Then known as Double Edge) and many more. After the fall of the Players Club Tougie began a dominant reign over the World Title division and Sheikh went on to have arguably the greatest and most extreme feud in NWF history with Kevin Devastation over the NWF Hardcore Championship. The feud ended prematurely as Kevin was released. Only to return a few weeks later.
Over the next month an invasion occurred as Sports Entertainment Xtreme and their leader Kevin Devastation aimed to take over the NWF. However after a few months NWF was hit hard when a false merger occurred. NWF was scheduled to merge with another struggling federation Extreme Online Wrestling. However the owner of the site, Nik-e-G backed out of the deal without Tougie's knowledge. Leaving the NWF fed in severe danger of dying. However NWF managed to recover and we returned with our Revelation FPV from the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City. The FPV was considered a huge success as we crowned many new champions including Speedy who became the second NWF Champion. The show was capped off with the match of the night as the NWF World Heavyweight Championship was decided between Nik-e-G, MK, Chase Black, The UK Force, Jericop, and Tougie in an elimination match. This started one of the greatest feuds in NWF history as The UK Force defeated Tougie for the Championship with the help from Kevin Devastation.
The three began to feud over the belt only to have Tougie and Kevin Devastation unite and take over the NWF as Kevin became the NWF Champion and Tougie the World Heavyweight Championship. Enraged both former champions, The UK Force and Speedy formed as The British Mafia and shortly after became NWF Tag Team Champions. As this major feud was going on there continued to be multiple title reigns over all the other gold as new challengers continued to flock into NWF. Soon however, the darkest chapter in NWF history began.
In the fall of 2009 NWF received an offer from another federation to merge. However the terms were completely one-sided and Tougie denied the offer. Furious the other fed owner mandated that it was either his fed or NWF. Due to this many people left including top stars like Speedy, Kevin Devastation, and MK. All former champions. As well as losing roster members NWF lost staff. However the remaining stars were determined to prevail doing whatever they could to ensure NWF's survival. And indeed they did. Still managing to send out show after show.
As NWF continued to grow under new staff and stars such as LegendKiller, now Chris Anderson, Chris Cena, now Chris Morrison,Cyclone and Danny.. And before we knew it, we had made it to December, although no one expected us to make it a month.
On the last day of 2009 we showcased our first Hall of Fame inductions and awards ceremony. Inducting the chairman Tougie, The UK Force, Bryn, and Randy Bourne.
2010[]
NWF started off the new year with a bang as January 3rd we held the real turning point FPV in our history. New Found Glory in Dallas, Texas. The show began with the crowning of new NWF World Tag Team Champions as Girls & Gold Inc. (George Cooper & James A) defeated defending champions The Unholy Alliance (Jim Snyder & 316 Force). The NWF Sirens Championship was decided next as Bit Bitchy became the very first Champion. This was followed up by Latino Game winning his first Hardcore Championship in an 8 man brawl pinning former NWF Champion Kevin Devastation. After that, an early favorite for match of the year as two future world champions Cyclone and Danny battled it out to become the first ever NWF United States Championship, which saw Cyclone leave with his arm raised. The next match kicked off the start of another great feud in the NWF as the first ever Gates of Hell match took place for the NWF No Limit Championship as John Evans defended the title against 6 men including the debuting Omega. This match also featured NWF Original Blade, Sheikh, and Chris Morrison. Omega dominated throughout but in the end John Evans rolled up Omega after he eliminated Sheikh. From then on Evans and Omega fueded over the belt trading it back and forth while competing in ladder matches and cage matches before Omega left the company.
Then former partners Speedy and The UK Force went to war in a Highwire match which saw Speedy fall twenty feet to the mat below. The stage was then set for the main event. The dominant champion Tougie against up and comer SG2. Although Double Edge was in the match he was tossed off the stage by SG2 during his entrance. And with a little help from the ref SG2 pulled out the biggest upset win in NWF history. During the match many stars interfered, this would prove noteworthy as these men would either join Tougie or SG2 after this event which lead to the biggest stable fued in NWF history.
Feuds continued as the next month at Assault Tougie evoked his rematch clause, however both men were found with drugs in their bags (Planted by the opposite stable) and were escorted out of the building making fellows stablemates John Evans and Omega the main event in their epic ladder match for the NWF No Limit Championship. Assault also saw Cyclone defeat Danny again to retain his US Title, as well as Kevin Devastation winning the NWF Hardcore Championship and the first ever All or Nothing match.
The next month at Survival the first ever Ultimate Survival match was held. This was highlighted due to the fact that both Tougie and SG2 were involved as Tougie was stripped of his rematch clause and SG2 was trying to prevent Tougie from gaining another championship match. Both men's stables (Tougie's Straightedge Society and SG2's Order of The Black Dragon) stole the show in the match, that is before the only women to ever enter the match and Sirens Champion Bit Bitchy entered the ring and set the record for most eliminations. SG2 won the match by last eliminating Tougie.
thumb|right|310px|NWF-Wrestling Opening IntroThe next night, a four man tournament was announced. Tougie won the tournament and earned the right to face SG2 at the biggest show of the year Breakdown 2. Although it was never announced Tougie made it clear that if he could not defeat SG2 he would go on hiatus from the company. Which he did as he lost without a doubt the match of the year to SG2 for the NWF Championship in the main event of Breakdown 2. Breakdown 2 also saw the climatic match between old rivals as Kevin Devastation defended his NWF Hardcore Championship against Sheikh. Sheikh prevailed. Also, Demo picked up the biggest win of his career winning the No Limit Championship against Grand Slam Champion The UK Force when he cashed in his shot at the belt from All or Nothing. Prior to this The UK Force took on TLA who subbed for the recently released Speedy.
The Event also featured the first ever Straight Cash ladder match. Now unlike the Money in The Bank there were two qualifying matches at the event. Both of them were over the top rope battle royals. The final two men from each match advanced. And to the shock of all Hurricane Hawk overcame the odds to win the brutal ladder match. Also Blade delivered the biggest beat down in NWF history defeating his former tag team champion partner Snagz. And Cyclone regained the United States Championship against John Evans.
Heading into the next FPV, NWF's interactive event Wired a controversy arose. NWF was preparing to introduce a new brand, SG2 as well as newcomer The Domination were prepared to take control over the brand. However Tougie denied the name. Due to that the duo went off and made their own federation, while talking trash behind Tougie's back. However cooler heads prevailed. A few days later the site was found partially deleted and unfix-able. Tougie was blamed. Despite the fact that this was three days before a FPV. So why would Tougie destroy the site when both men had a match at the event and SG2 was still the reigning NWF Champion. Well as you can see it makes no sense. And despite this Wired still occurred.
Wired was capped off with three major matches. First off a gauntlet was made to decide who would replace SG2 in the NWF Title Match. TLA was thought to have won the championship until Cyclone returned and won. He went on to face Chris Morrison and Demo. But he fell short as Demo walked out with the gold. Then in the main event, Sheikh defended his NWF World Heavyweight Championship against the career of Kevin Devastation in an I Quit match. Kevin dominated throughout and won his first NWF World Heavyweight Championship. However Hurricane Hawk cashed in his Straight Cash briefcase and won his first championship.
Then over the next two weeks NWF seemingly began to collapse. Also before the event another champion Cole Smith left the company. He was followed by 3 other people who left to the federation NWF once feuded with. Then a massive roster cut occurred effectively ending the third brand and reverting NWF back to two. Then recently Kevin Devastation was released and Sheikh also left the company. In two weeks NWF lost 18 people, yet still have more than 25 on the roster and are currently looking for more feeders. However the fed quickly recovered after its next major event Aggression. And has since had one more major show. Since then the tag division slowly died out, although it will be revived if demanded. On June 26th 2010 NWF broke major grounds by re-signing Vizio as head of NWF Graphics Department, Vizio is famously known for working with NWF in the past putting together fpvs for Earned In Blood and also being the First person to create NWF first shows logo's which was Onslaught and Surge over the time Vizio has been improving NWF graphics day by day and has set his motto to bring NWF back to the top of the efeds as in once NWF was so, So far Vizio has completed 4 Fpv's posters for NWF in 1 week which is a record for any person in NWF history to do.
Following the signing NWF continued towards its next major event, Crossfire. Originally designed to be a brand vs. brand FPV it was reformatted to a normal event. The first match saw former Unified Tag Team Champions Chase Black and Max Carnage square off. After Max turned on Chase, Black quickly aimed for revenge and got the chance, however Carnage outsmarted him during the match and Chase got himself disqualified. We then saw Snagz defend his NWF Hardcore Championship against RV Truth and Cube Boy. After a brutal match Snagz retained the gold after powerslamming Truth into the ring post. Snagz then declared the Hardcore Championship was to be defended under 24/7 rules. Quickly the NWF was shocked to see the return of John Evans, who returned after a 4 month hiatus. He quickly capitalized and became champion. Then Danny put his NWF Pure Championship on the line in a unification match against a mystery opponent who would represent the Young Guns Championship after the current champion, Joey Blaze, was two weeks before the event. Chris Anderson returned and had a great showing but in the end Danny retained. Then a rivalry that had begun once the brands were disbanded finally concluded. Cole Matthews and Matt Wild were once the Surge announcers, once the brands were disbanded they took matters into their own hands, crushing the windpipe of Onslaught announcer Matt Fellows. With his back against the wall Eric Reynolds recruited an old friend in Jerry King and the challenge was laid down. The winners would become the permanent announcers. And needless to say Reynolds and King destroyed the young announcers and claimed what was theirs. We then saw a number one contenders match to detirmine the next in line for a No Limit Title shot. Former NWF Champion SG2 took on Mr. Metal and The Kidd, two up and comers who had climbed the ladder just as fast as anyone else in NWF history. Metal picked up the win, injuring Kidd in the process. Then we found out who he would face as NWF No Limit Champion Kevin Devastation took on the NWF United States Champion Wizz Kidd. A hard fought battle throughout saw Wizz pick up the win. The next match was all about vengeance. The General Managers spot was on the line as the arrogant announcer turned control freak Jack Hostile took on Shane Elliot and Mike Adamle. Prior to the brand dismantlement Elliot managed over Onslaught while Hostile ruled over Surge with an iron first while making Adamle's life a living hell. But Adamle finally got his revenge as he is now the General Manager in NWF. Next was main event time. NWF Champion Demo took on NWF World Heavyweight Champion Blade as well as number one contender TLA and the man TLA screwed out of the NWF Championship at Aggression the month before Chris Morrison, in a unification fatal four way match. Leading up to the match referees were consistently injured in all four of the competitors matches. So it was agreed upon that Tougie would make his return to officiate the match. After a brutal match it appeared as though Chris Morrison was about to win his first championship. That is until Tougie screwed him over, superkicking him in the jaw. Demo crawled over him for the pin but TLA drop-kicked him in the skull at the two count the pinned Morrison to become NWF Undisputed Champion for the very first time.
On the next edition of Onslaught Mike Adamle wasted no time wheeling and dealing. Announcing NWF's new ranking system The Select Seven. The next FPV presented was the first edition of Pride Before The Fall. The show lasted five hours. The next event, Retribution, was scheduled for 9/11/10 in New York City, unfortunately it was delayed a week. It has since taken place and the NWF's next event, Earned in Blood, is already scheduled. Collision Course
Collision Course is currently NWF's flagship show that runs every Saturday night. Originally known as Onslaught. Onslaught was the original name for the Flagship Show and Brand for the past 2 years of NWF. NWF used to have two weekly shows; Onslaught and Surge, with Onslaught being the main show of the week. Shortly after, NWF split into one brand, with there being two shows. Onslaught for the "bigger" superstars and Surge for the "lower" superstars, as relation to Onslaught being "RAW" and Surge being "WWE Superstars". Since then, there has been one show, Onslaught until the February of 2011 when Mike Adamle decided to change the name, thus making it, Collision Course.

The winners were chosen by an open poll with the results being disclosed until the ceremony. To view the complete list of awards, nominees, and winners click here. He was also a member of The Playa's Club stable). Bryn (The owner of Tougies first fed. He gave Tougie his first break and eventually gave the fed to him. We had a whole new class of 4 inductees, featuring Demo inducted by 2009 Hall of Famer UK Force, Blade inducted by Sheikh, SG2 inducted by 2009 Hall of Famer Tougie, and TLA inducted by Blade. The ceremony went well up until Eric Reynolds, our head commentator, announced that Blade had not shown up to the Hall of Fame ceremony to induct TLA, nor be inducted by Sheikh. At the very same announcement, our General Manager came out in anger, and called for the ceremony to be over. This would lead to more problems in the future. Exclusive Match Types[]
NWF has a varity of exclusive match types. Some, are just modified from existing matches. Others are direct from NWF's owner Tougie.
- All or Nothing: This match is based upon TNA's Feast of Fired concept, in which there are four briefcases attached to 10 foot tall poles in each corner of the ring. Inside the four briefcases contain one of three titles shots in which the holder has up to 6 months to use. The fourth case contains a release form.
- Ultimate Survival: Our Royal Rumble in which the winner gains a spot in the main event at the biggest show of the year, Breakdown in April.
- Straight Cash: Our Money in the Bank in which the winner recieves a briefcase that guarentees him a championship match whenever they choose for up to a year.
- XXXtreme Rules: An Extreme Rules Match.
- Asylum of Blood: Our version of TNA's steel asylum except the hole at the top is meshed with barbed wire and weapons are strapped to the ceiling. The only way to win is escape through a hole at the top of the structure.
- Three Stages of Pain: Our version of Three Stages of Hell or 3 Degrees of Pain.
- Highwire: Our version of Elevation X.
- Highwire From Hell: Highwire match, where the surface is covered in Barbed Wire and Broken Glass.
- El3vation: A Triple Cage concept in which at the first level in the ring you must use a ladder to climb through a hole in the top. Then on the second level you must climb the Ultimate X style ropes to climb through another hole in the top. Once on the third level it is then first fall to a finish. All three levels have weapons on them.
- Gates of Hell: Our Elimination Chamber
- Rage in a Cage: 6-8 man elimination Cage match.
- House of Glass: A match where the ring is covered in a cell like structure made completely out of glass. The ring canvas is fully covered in glass and along the outside between the ring and the cage are barbed wire covered tables.
- Test of Time: A Test of Time match is an anything goes match. In order to win you must score a pinfall or submission over your opponent, then avoid being pinned for 10 minutes. The catch is one arm gets tied behind the winners back. If the winner of the previous fall is defeated in under ten minutes, his arm is untied and the opponent's arm becomes tied, he then needs to survive ten minutes. This continues until one man has lasted the ten minutes and wins the match.
- Ambulance: The only way to win is to place your opponent inside the ambulance, however the opponent must be bleeding for 5 minutes prior to placement inside the vehicle.
- House of 10,000(+) Tacks: A match in which tacks, in bags, are places all around the ringside area for use. Only way to win is verbal submission.
- Barbed Wire Ladder: Simply enough its a standard ladder match. There are 3 ladder at ringside that can only be climbed to win the match. Of course they are covered in barbed wire.
- Singapore Cane War: A match in which singapore canes surround ringside for use.
- Barbed Wire Singapore Cane War: A match in which singapore canes are placed all around ringside for use. They are wrapped in barbedwire. Only way to win is pinfall or submission. 2x4's or bats covered in barbed wire are sometimes used.
- Cage of Death: This is the newest match added to NWF's match types. However it is unknown how it is set up and what the rules are. The first ever match will be taking place at Earned in Blood 2 on October 23rd.
