Monica Cathleen Vaughan-Matsuda (née Mendez) (born June 8th,1990) is an American model, Youtube personality, sports agent, and broadcast journalist. She is currently an executive agent for Zaibatsu Sports, a New York and Tokyo based sports agency.
Early Life[]
Mendez was born and raised in Brockton, Massachusetts to a 20-year-old Hannah Mendez and an unknown named father. She is of Scottish, Puerto Rican, and African American descent. She is the first child of Mendez, making her the older half-sister of Professional Wrestler, Meagan Vaughan known as Brody Sparks. Sparks father would officially adopt Mendez shortly after the birth of Sparks; thus Mendez would then go by the last name of Vaughan. Later after marrying, she would keep this surname for business purposes.
Vaughan graduated from Brockton Highschool Suma Cum Laude. Vaughan would attend Boston College for a degree in Broadcast Journalism.
Professional Modeling Career[]
After graduating college, to make ends meet, Vaughan took her childhood hobby of modeling into a career. In 2012 she was signed with Elite Model Management and was featured in several magazine spreads such as Cosmopolitan for two years until she gained success as a cosplayer and video gamer on Youtube.

Vaughan made a living by becoming a popular Youtube personality. She was featured at multiple comic cons and gaming conventions.
Elite Answers Wrestling (2017 - present)[]
Having a successful Youtube channel and brand, Vaughan's sister Meagan signed with Professional Wrestling company, Elite Answers Wrestling (EAW) in mid-2015, the company offered Vaughan a position to be an on-air production talent in which she would decline. Two years after denying the offer, Vaughan was approached yet again by professional wrestler and current General Manager of EAW's female brand, Empire, Tarah Nova with an offer to be a backstage correspondent for the show. After discussing it with her sister, Vaughan took the offer and signed with the company in August of 2017.
Personal Life[]
Vaughan is huge gaming and comic book fanatic. She often dubs herself as a "professional cosplayer". She is the older half-sister of the professional wrestler, Brody Sparks. Despite being signed to Elite Answers Wrestling, Vaughan still models as a cosplayer and continues to run her Youtube channel.Vaughan has been living a vegan lifestyle since 2015. She is an animal rights activist. Vaughan describes herself as a pansexual. She is also good friends with fellow model Gia Cervantes, and wrestlers Tarah Nova and Aria Jaxon. She is currently married to EWC wrestler Stephanie Matsuda.
