Caballero began her career as a masked Luchadora named Garnet Reina. Under this gimmick she would become NOPW's then youngest NOPW Women's Champion at 24 years old (Until she would be beaten by Ramona Torres in 2018). She would begin her career in TNA under the name of Santina Dominguez and would she would be maskless for the first time her career after losing her mask in a Luchas de Apuestas against Luna Radiante during her final match in NOPW. After a few years as a face under a stereotypical Latina gimmick in both TNA and CMLL, Caballero would turn heel in 2015 and doing so, decided to incorporate some of her father's background as a former gang member into her new heel persona. She began to start wearing more streetwear, mostly biker shorts and provocative T-shirts, black bras, thongs, and biker boots. Began using a more grounded wrestling style and using more high flying maneuvers when it calls for desperate measures. With main her finishing move, the Dulce Amor, a diving moonsault being a massive exception and only being used during PPV's and championship matches. She would remain like this going into his team in WWE until she began her tenure in ECW where she would turn face for the first time in almost 9 years in 2024 following her double turn with Candice LeRae at ECW Heatwave.
