Luke Garrett has been jealous of his older brother thats in WWF Kristoff Garrett ever since they were kids. But when they both shared an interest in wrestling, Luke finally thought he could top his brother at something. One day during training, Kristoff broke Luke's jaw in a fit of rage. Luke has covered it with a bandana in 2009. Enraged that no one recognized he was actually the better wrestler, he went to ECW to prove he was better than his brother at something, never telling his brother all the while. He eventually succeeded, defeating his brother many times over and becoming ECW's first ever Undisputed Champion. Somewhere along the line, he got involved with DXL and Chris Chaos, reforming the Riot Control in ECW. When Alex Dunn was going against in a extreme rules match against Luke Garett due to a long rivalry,Dunn's ally AK-47 distracts , allowing Dunn to attack Luke. Eventually, Garrett picked up the win. Then, Arkady Kudryashov the member of the Russian Invasion, Dunn,Garrett and Kudryashov attacking eachother, later in Backlash they would fight in a Thriple threat No Holds Barred.
