Last Man Standing is an annual January pay-per-view event for the Classic Wrestling Federation. To date there have been three events under the "Last Man Standing" name.

Last Man Standing was a concept created by CWF Owner, Mark X. Mark visualized the Big Four PPV's each year, starting with LMS in January. The other PPV's considered in the big four are Super Card, Summer Smash and Battle to Survive.

At Last Man Standing, in addition to the World Heavyweight Title being defended, there would be an over the top rope Battle Royal to decide the #1 Contender for the World Heavyweight Title. The tradition of the last man left standing at the end of the Battle Royal began with Last Man Standing (1998). The idea was that the winner would become the number one contender and go onto Super Card to face the World Heavyweight Champion in the main event.

There have been two ties, giving the CWF five different men who are considered the winners of LMS. However, to date, Brian Adams is the only man to cash in his title shot and come out victorious at Super Card.
