On May 13th, 2018, Chiyoko made her JET debut under her JUNKO character, teaming with Saiko Hotaru to defeat Natsu Toyama and Spider Kagura. On May 30th, Junko and Saiko Hotaru defeated Ai Moe & Kimiko Hayabusa. On June 6th at Sakura Blooming, the newly christened KAGUYA-GUN faction of JUNKO, Hotaru and KAGUYA defeated Momoko Hondo, Midori Miyamoto and Kyoko Watanabe. On July 28th, KAGUYA-GUN defeated Spider Kagura, Natsu Toyama & JET World Champion Nina Sanada to advance to the finals of a one-night tournament to crown the first JET Trios Champions before ultimately losing to Midori Miyamoto, Mizuki Nakata & Ai Moe. JUNKO was announced as an entry in the 2018 RISE GP tournament as a member of A block. She would collect 10 points, failing to advance to the finals. She and the rest of KAGUYA-Gun would enter a rivalry with the JET Sekigun, ultimately being defeated by Team JET at Kyoto Spotlight, continuing her major event losing streak. She would later lead a victory for Team JET over Team LAW. Following this, her status with the company came into question following absences from shows and it was later announced she was no longer with the company.
She would return at the beginning of 2019 rejoining the members of KAGUYA-Gun. She would be unsuccessful for the duration of the year, failing to win the 2019 RISE GP, to defeat JET World Champion Midori Miyamoto on December 15 and to win the IWJF World Championship in a fatal-4-way match from eventual winner, Kayla Winters. On March 28th, 2020, JUNKO defeated Tarah Nova in Nova's final match with the promotion. Later that night, KAGUYA was defeated by Stephanie Matsuda. Following the contest, KAGUYA apologized for her loss to the rest of her KAGUYA-Gun faction members only for JUNKO to attack her while the other members watched on, effectively disbanding the faction. On June 10th, JUNKO announced herself as the new leader of the new faction, naming the group DESPERADOS. That night, JUNKO, SAIKO, and Rei Kagura defeated Mizuki Nakata, Masumi Tsutsumi, and Megan Enders in the main event.
