This federation name was first used by men calling themselves Owner Norris & Owner Grubb & Owner Blades.
The rights to the name were later given to The 13th, it has also been used by David Jax with their permission.
A Revival has taken place and the 'Presidents' were originally listed as Sean Stevens and Richard Hackman but as of November 7th 2007 that was changed to simply Richard Hackman, on November 30th, 2007 the promotion closed it's doors once again.
