The ICW World Tag Team Championship was inducted on May 29, 2010 at ICW Slamathon. Max Burnz & BurnOut along with Wayne Morley & Air won their #1 Contender Spots in a Tag Team Tournament throughout Eruption episodes, with the Finals at ICW Slamathon. Morley and Air defeated Burnz & BurnOut to become the Inaugural Champions
Da Xtreme Dynasty are the last ever champions after defeating Wayne Morley to unify the titles with the YCW World Tag Team titles.
After ICW merged with YouTube Championship Wrestling, The title was unified with the YCW World Tag Team Championship on the first episode of Premium Championship Wrestling's Thursday Night Rapture where Kevin Styles and J.T. Banks of Da Xtreme Dynasty defeated Wayne Morley in a handicap to become the first holders of the PCW World Tag Team Championship
