The ICWF Intercontinental Championship is Impact Championship Wrestling Federation's second tier championship, competed for in a variety of matches. It was conceived in June 2008 and first put on the line on Monday Night Genocide in the final of the Intercontinental Title Tournament.

History[]

The ICWF Intercontinental Championship was announced as a new title one week before the inaugural Pay-Per-View Hardcore Heaven. It was at this Pay-Per-View, ICWF Owner, Scott Simmonds held a tournament with the two finalists (Azaria Ophir and Jeff Eagles) pitted against each other the following week on Genocide. Ophir would come away victorious, and would defend the belt until the eventual closure of ICWF in late 2008.

After the announcement that ICWF would be reopening in 2010, the belt was vacated, and is set to be decided in the return of Monday Night Genocide when Shaun Irvine takes on Logan Grace.
