The ICWF Hardcore Championship is Impact Championship Wrestling Federation's Hardcore Division championship, competed for exclusively in hardcore rules matches. It was competed for, and won by, Ric Reaper at the debut ICWF Monday Night Genocide on May 19th 2008
History[]
The ICWF Hardcore Championship was announced as the first title in ICWF days before its debut show. It was competed for on the first card, and won by Ric Reaper. The title was hot property from its inception, with numerous stars (including El Caballero Extremo, Jeff Eagles and Matt Bradley) all striving to attain it. Ric remained the champion however for the entire tenure of the original ICWF before the company closed in late 2008.
Since the return of ICWF in 2010 there has been a Hardcore Title Tournament announced, beginning on the August 9th edition of Genocide. It will look to crown a champion at the return pay-per-view event ICWF Out of the Ashes.
