Halloween Extreme is an annual pay-per-view for the Classic Wrestling Federation that takes place on October 31st. So far there has been five Halloween Extreme Events, all on Halloween Night. The last installment was part of the Night of Champions special live television events.
The first ever PPV for the CWF was Halloween Extreme (1997), which took place on October 31st, 1997. At that event the first ever CWF World Heavyweight Champion, CWF National Champion and CWF Unified Champion.
Although not considered one of the big four PPV's for the CWF, The Halloween Extreme has seen some memorable moments throughout the years. Included in those memories were the first ever World Heavyweight Champion being crowned in a Battle Royal in 1997, two CWF Hall of Fame members in Jeff Jericho and Steve Dart battling for the World Heavyweight Title in 1998, and two more Hall of Famers in Pledge Alligence and Magnus Thunder battling in 2009.
