- History: JK interfered in a match between Beeb and The Phantom, leading to a challenge for the PPV.
- Chinatsu Chen vs Dredd
- History: Upon his return to the federation, Dredd began to attack Chinatsu to send a message to Komosube.
- GIW Tag Championship Match: War & Peace(c) vs The Covenant vs Hiroshima
- History: Mickey Dragon and Raenius kidnapped War & Peace's manager Xaviar Bryan, holding him hostage in exchange for the title shot. Their interference in a Hiroshima/War & Peace match led to the triple tag stipulation.
- GIW Global Championship Match: Travis Roberts(c) vs Randy Boolzian
- History: Roberts defeated Boolz and Alex Kiseragi at Horizons to unify the Global Championship. Boolz defeated both men to earn the ability to name the number one contender. After trying to pawn Roberts off onto a jobber, he decided to take the spot himself. The two then spent the better part of a month brutally attacking each other.
- Global Challenge 2009
- History: Boss P declared a tournament that would find the 2009 Top asset, aka Chief Nigga. Four of the participants had to earn their position in a battle royale on Sentinel. The remaining four participants were personally selected by Boss P. The challenge was structured as a battle royale with staggered entrances, followed by tournament style matches.
- Royale: Brandon Brown, Crimson Ghost, Chassie Fear, Gabrielle Montgomery, Andy Savana, Moss Edwards, Alex Kiseragi, Lord Hastings
