The Fearless Championship Wrestling Universal Heavyweight Championship is the a top tier title of Fearless Championship Wrestling and was formerly known as the FcW World Heavyweight Championship until John Cavanagh unified the title at the 2007 FcW Sinful Means event in a match with then RCW World Heavyweight Champion Deamon Cohln. Amber Raines is the current champion and is in her first reign, she is also the first woman to ever hold this championship.
