The EMW Vixen X/Vixxxens Championship was the secondary championship in the women's division during the early days of Extreme Madness Wrestling. The first champion was Kelly Bundy who won it in a Six Pack Challenge on June 30, 2007 at Barely Legal. The last champion was Lara Croft who defeated Lindsay Lohan to unify the Women's and Vixxxen's Championships on June 22, 2008 at Extreme Homecoming. After Extreme Homecoming, the title was retired.
