- P4. Dark Queen & Scorpina's opponents were revealed as Bustice & Super Stacy. After the match, Bustice & Super Stacy celebrating in the ring as Dark Queen & Scorpina frustrated at ringside.
- 2. After the match, Haze grabs the Starlets title and takes a look at it, and then stares at Steele. Both Haze and Steel have a staredown until Haze hands the title to Steele and the two women hugged before Haze leaves as Steele celebrates the win.
- 3. Before the match as Ortiz was making his way to the ring, Owens exits the ring and meets with Ortiz halfway at the rampway and the two men brawled as Jenna keeps her distance away from the fight. Both men brawled all the way to the ring and then when they got to the ring, the bell sounds to start the match. After the match, Ortiz continues to attack Owens as Jenna distracts referee Yves Lavinge to prevent stopping Ortiz and then Ortiz drags Owens to the corner and then locks in the Figure Four Leglock with Owens' legs wrapped around the corner post. Owens was in extreme pain as Ortiz hangs on and then security officials ran in to break up the hold. Ortiz then grabs the Internet Championship and leaves with Jenna as the crowd boos at him loudly. Then EMTs ran in to check on Owens's legs. A stretcher has been rolled into ringside and then Owens was loaded into the stretcher and rolled out of the arena to a nearby ambulance. Once Owens was loaded in the ambulance and then the Ambulance drives out of the arena to the nearby medical facility.
- 5. After the match, Joe exits the ring and is handed the EMW Cruiserweight title. Joe then celebrates the win as Brown gets to his feet and is shocked over what just happened.
- 6. In the final moments of the match, Lohan was reaching for the suitcase but Kardashian climbs up the ladder. The two women then brawled on top of the ladder and then as Lohan reached for the suitcase, Kardashian RIPS THE TOP OFF OF LOHAN! Lohan quickly covers herself and Kardashian pushes Lohan off the ladder as officials ran in to cover up Lohan and then Kardashian gets the Suitcase off the hook and grabs it to win the match. During the match, Sasha Grey goes for the suitcase but Lohan stops her and then hits her with the LiLoKO off the top of the ladder. Grey is knocked out completely and then EMTs ran in to slide Grey out of the ring and into the stretcher and then rolled out to the back.
- 7. The match ended in a Double Countout when both teams brawled on the outside and neither team got back to the ring by the referee's 10 Count. After the match, both teams continued to brawl at the entrance stage then Security Officials ran in to separate the two teams.
- 8. After the match, Fox hands Kelly Bundy the EMW World Women's title and tells her, "Tonight, we kicked ass but this Friday, it's all business. You bring your best!" Kelly then replied by saying, "You too, Megan!" Then they hugged and celebrated in the ring as the crowd cheers them loudly.
- 9. After the match, Ari Gold grabs the EMW World Heavyweight Championship belt and is smiling as he enters the ring and hands the title belt to Rampage and then the rest of MMA Inc. (EMW Internet Champion "The Huntington Beach Bad Boy" Tito Ortiz, Jenna Jameson, "The Iceman" Chuck Liddell, & "The World's Most Dangerous Man" Ken Shamrock) ran in and celebrated with Rampage & Gold as now the EMW World Heavyweight Championship is in the camp of MMA Inc. as the crowd is in complete shock over how the World title match ended as the show concludes with MMA Inc. celebrating Rampage's EMW World Heavyweight title win.

- In the parking lot, a limousine has pulled up and out came MMA Inc. (Ari Gold, Quinton "Rampage" Jackson, EMW Internet Champion "The Huntington Beach Bad Boy" Tito Ortiz, "The World's Most Dangerous Man" Ken Shamrock, "The Iceman" Chuck Liddell, & Jenna Jameson) and then they make their way to the arena. Carson Daly pointed out that tonight could be a huge night for MMA Inc.
- A commercial airs promoting the next EMW Mega Event entitled Throwdown Royale 2K11 which will take place Sunday, October 16 from the Phillips Arena in Atlanta, Georgia. In the advertisement, it is announced that this year the Throwdown Royale Matches have been extended as there will be 40 Superstars in the Men's Throwdown Royale Match and 30 Women in the Starlets Throwdown Royale. The Winner of the Male Throwdown Royale will get a World Title Match at MegaBrawl 5 and the Starlets Throwdown Royale Winner will get a World Women's Title Match at MegaBrawl 5.
