Dwight Miller debuted the gimmick of a happy-go-lucky yet resilient hopeful Prime Minister-elect for Great Britain who openly objects to the current state of professional wrestling, particularly the violence, crude language, and vulgarity of the sport in mid-2016. He started to draw a lot of heat with backhanded compliments about the towns he visited as well as cheating to win matches and act like he won them fair and square, offering handshakes to the opponents he cheated. He would become more and more obnoxious as he started to cut promos with his terrible puns involving his name. He would eventually hire a campaign manager named Louis "Lou" Chamberlain in an attempt to dismiss the loud choruses of boos by mistaking them for jeers toward his unfortunate named campaign manager. He would also start being accompanied by a wealthy manager named Walter C. Truscott, who is endorsing Miller in his campaign.
