The Dark Crusade Match is a three part match that was created by the Global Wrestling Coalition. The first took place at Kingdom Come. The first part of this match was a submission match. The second part of the match took place under hardcore rules in a hardcore falls count anywhere match. Finally, ladders where introduced for the third part of the match. The rewards were the GWC Television Championship, the GWC United States Championship, and a Money-In-The-Bank briefcase. Also, there are multiple competitors so as to make the falls even more difficult, and the prizes even more rewarding. The second took place at GWC Alpha 2008. The first stage was an 8 person Battle Royal. The second part of the match was a Light Tubes Match. Finally, the last match was an Ultimate X Match. The rewards for this for this Dark Crusade were the same as the first.
