The DXW International Women's Tag Team Championship is the top titles contested by tag teams within the women's division of the Unleashed brand in the Destruction of Xtreme Wrestling fantasy wrestling promotion. The first champions were determined in a tournament format. The Roanapur Rebels (Revy & Michiko Malandro) defeated The Pink BFF's (Jessica Pink & Amu Hinamori) in the finals of a 16 team tournament at Rumble Resolution 2K19 to become the first champions. The current champions are Sakura Hagiwara & Revy, who defeating The Gaiden Girls and The Plastics (Caitlin & Dominique) in a Triple Threat Tag Team Elimination Match on October 25, 2020 at Hardcore Halloween 2K20.
