The DXW International Women's Championship is a women's championship in the Destruction of Xtreme Wrestling fantasy wrestling promotion. The first champion was determined in a fatal four-way match. Jenny Realight defeated Mariah Wong, Sara Sheppard-Daniels, and Kiriko in a Fatal 4-Way Match to become the first champion on November 22, 2017 at DXW One Night Stand: Draft 2017. The current champion is Loona, who defeated Lucina on April 12, 2020 at DestructionMania IV.
