The DXW Global Women's Championship is the top women's championship in the Destruction of Xtreme Wrestling fantasy wrestling promotion. The first champion was determined in a tournament format. Sara Sheppard-Daniels defeated Cassie Cage in the finals of the tournament to become the first champion on November 29, 2015 at Thanksgiving Takeover. The current champion is "Mrs. Incredible" Helen Parr, who defeated Kairi on November 22, 2020 at Thanksgiving Takeover 2K20.
Being a professional wrestling championship, it is not won via direct competition; it is instead won via a predetermined ending to a match or awarded to a wrestler because of a wrestling angle. There have been 28 reigns by twenty-three wrestlers with two vacancies. The vacancies came when Android 18 announces her retirement after SummerBash 2018 and Juri Sanada suffering multiple injuries at ACW Royale Rumble 2018.
