The COMBAT World Heavyweight Championship is a professional wrestling and mixed martial arts world championship in the Canadian Organization of Martial Battling Arts & Techniques. It is the highest ranked title in the promotion and is defended regularly on its weekly shows and Pay-Per-Views.
History[]
From March 21 to April 11, 2008, after COMBAT was created, a tournament was held to crown the first ever COMBAT World Heavyweight Champion. The winner of the tournament was accomplished Canadian wrestler and multi-time World Champion Genesius Annaya who defeated Haruko Izanami in the finals.

The current champion is Genesius Annaya, who is in his first reign. He defeated Haruko Izanami in the finals of the COMBAT World Title tournament on April 11, 2008. As a result, he has become the first ever COMBAT World Heavyweight Champion.
