The CFC Tag Team Championship is a world tag team championship created and promoted by the American professional wrestling promotion Calamity Fight Club (CFC). The title is currently held by New Religion, who are in their first reign.
The belts were established by CFC in August 2019. The inaugural champions are The Suffering after outlasting all other competitors in the CFC Tag Team Classic 2019 tournament.

The Suffering, sporting a new look and attitude, become the inaugural CFC Tag Team Champions
The CFC Tag Team Championship was announced at Fight Night 6/14 during the CFC Tag Team Classic 2019 tournament. At the time, CFC did not have tag team title belts and instead presented the winners of the tournament with a trophy. The belts were officially unveiled at Ascension 2019: Toronto for the finals of the tournament. Tarasque and Freiherr of The Suffering would go on to defeat Riggs and Zero of Insurrection to prove they were the best tag team in CFC at that time by becoming the first-ever CFC Tag Team Champions.
Belt Design[]
The original belt design circa 2015-2019
The original belt representing the CFC Tag Team Championship had been used since its introduction in 2019 to 2020. The bronze colored plates took inspiration from Greece, featuring a center plate dominated by two Spartan helmets facing outward and the center plate is encircled with a meander pattern on a black strap.
In August 2020, CFC unveiled a new design for the belts, which debuted at Eight-Man Mayhem 2020: Chicago and were awarded to the winners of the Eight-Man Mayhem match. Tarasque and Freiherr were the last to hold the original belts while Eric Kaeding and W.S. Anthony are the first to defend the newly introduced championships.

Title History[]
The inaugural champions were Tarasque and Freiherr of The Suffering, who defeated Xander Riggs and Zero of Insurrection in the CFC Tag Team Classic 2019 Tournament finals. Killgör and Shepard of FALLEN have the longest reign as champions with their first reign having lasted 448 days. Eric Kaeding and W.S. Anthony of RTA have the second-longest reign as champions with their second reign at 350 days. The Schoolboys' reign is currently the shortest reign at 42 days. The Suffering, RTA, and Omni hold the record for most title reigns at two. FALLEN currently hold the record for most title defenses in succession at nine. Overall, there have been 12 reigns among nine different tag teams with no vacancies.
